I thought I'd being this to your attention, especially after the recent Cagri fibril frenzy fracas.

Ely Lilly has been busy creating their own Amylin analogue, called Eloralintide ( LY3841136) , currently undergoing phase 1 and 2 trials, both alone and in combination with Tirzepatide for treatment of Diabetes and Obesity.

Now, I have no idea whether Eloralintide is any safer than Cagri, and even if it is, no vendor offers it, for now, anyway. But I thought this was an interesting topic to know about.

Can’t wait to see what happens with this! I have not been impressed with Sema or Cagri. Tirz has been a godsend, but I’m getting high up on the dose and don’t want to max out.

They're already testing 20mg & 25mg doses for tirz. Plenty of people have been close to or at those higher doses and didn't even realize it (15mg at 6 or 5 day splits)
