Hi

Im currently on 10mg tirz and ive only got up to that

I feel like tbh , it doesnt wrk for me i keep upping the dosage has i have no hunger suppresion

I feel like i need to add something or maybe change to reta ?

What ppl advice ive heard adding cagri is an option

Tirz worked for me at first now it doesnt seem to wrk

Some more detail would be useful, regarding how many weeks from start it seemed to work, and how many weeks it's been that it doesn't seem to.

Also, have you tried avoiding carbs while on tirz? For me, week to week, it makes all the difference in loss/gain and with hunger. Maybe mood and aches too.

I started on 2.5mg for 4 weeks , then 5mg for 3 weeks felt like wasnt working , up to 7.5mg for few weeks again felt like wasnt working

Now at 10mg absolutely nothing

Am i thinking it should not want me to eat ,

Cos when i first started i didn’t want to eat

Now im back to old me and craving sugary stuff again

I'd go up to 15mg and stay on for four weeks and then report back.

I would go to 12.5mg of tirz first (which happens to be what I am on now), then go to 15mg the next week if still no improvement. Then if still nothing, start switching to reta or add survo.

But going from 10 mg to 15 mg would probably be fine if it feels you are just injecting a placebo at this point (which I have not experienced). You can minimize any potential GI side effects by avoiding triggering foods for the next five (?) days or so.

Or just start adding survo ASAP, like maybe just getting a single vial at first.

(I would feel comfortable going up to 20 mg of tirz eventually, but I would personally prefer adding something else first.)

Same here.

And I love protein drinks now with 20+ grams of protein and only one gram of sugar.

One example of the numbers:

The only thing I don't like with that product is the amount of calcium is higher than I would like, but I sometimes take vitamin K2 to help (since K2, specifically MK7, may help prevent calcification).

Yeah, it seems the honeymoon period is over 🙂 In the first month, my weight loss with tirz was quick and mostly effortless. Now, there are many times I would prefer to snack but try to postpone snacking in order to lose weight (which is still relatively easy compared to before).

But if you are not gaining weight, than that is still progress in my book. And when I do maintain, I see it as something good for my muscles and skin.

Did you fall for the "Starvation Mindset" Trap with GLP-1s?

May 5, 2025

Hey everyone! I've been noticing something that's got me thinking. So many of us (myself included) started these GLP-1 medications with this dream that we'd just... stop feeling hungry. And when we do feel hunger? Many of us panic and rush to increase our dose!

I fell into this trap early on-thinking that if I could just push my dose high enough to never feel hungry, I'd lose weight faster. Let me tell you what actually happened: I got constipated, felt exhausted, and my hair started looking sad. Not exactly the glow-up I was hoping for! 😅 What I've learned through trial and error is that...

Whos your source? There was shit tirz back in november/december.... and someone like tydes will send 0 peptide...
I would consider this is a possibility as well, as you are titrating quickly and are already very high on dose.

Is this the same vial that was working when you started?

In any case, his idea of changing to reta looks better and better.

Yes mate

I got 10 x 10mg vials same time

Yeah, a few things.

1) Are you sure you have good product? Who did you buy it from, when, and what lab results are you placing your confidence in?

2) The goal is to loose weight, not eliminate hunger. You're still on a diet and for the best results you need to put in some work.

Food Aversion is a side effect that should be avoided. Side effects tend to lessen over time, but your titration schedule has been very fast.

Why did you go from 2.5mg to 5mg after just 4 weeks? Did you stop loosing weight? That is the research study titration schedule because they have a limited amount of time to collect as much data as possible. It takes ~5 weeks for your body to even become saturated at a new dose. So you have never even seen how you respond to a specific level. It took me 5 months to go from 2.5mg to 5mg.

How many calories are you eating every day? How are you tracking it?

How much weight have you lost each week? What's your current bodyfat percentage?

I'm a huge fan of reta, but these same principles apply to there as well.

I'm assuming weight loss stalled (which is normal) but has been stalling for a long time now?

Are you on any new meds like SSRIs or anything else that may interfere with the effectiveness of GLP1s?

If you have already lost a good amount of weight already (even before starting tirz), that could also be a factor.

There was nothing wrong with going up at that schedule. It may be unusual, but doctors like mine are more aggressive and have good results too.

Zero-pep-gate was Dec-Jan and SSA was one vendor in question

Could be why then mate, dont suppose u got a link have u

But at least one vial seemed to work: "when i first started i didn’t want to eat." Dan also mentioned side effects in another thread.

So I'm guessing the more likely situation is human variation in responding to actual tirz.

Regarding Cagri, I am avoiding trying it so far, partly because of the side effect of fatigue.

For a small order of reta, I would suggest SRY unless you want to use SSA again.

I don't remember there ever being a confirmed zero from SSA.
I read SSA made good on it. But I'm going on memory with alphabet soup.

I think you're thinking of GYC. They had tons of zero peps but did make good on all of them.
