I am not sure if this protocol bumped up my heart rate or not but the Tessamorelin/Ipmorelin definitely does. At 2 mg/150mcg it bumped up more than 15 bpm. That freaked me out so I dropped it to 1mg/150mcg which bumps it up about 10 bpm. Mazdutide bumps it up a little too. The Mots-c gave me big lumps the first couple of shots. I started diluting each shot more. I am doing 1ml with the 5mg mots-c and I don't get any ISR anymore.
Eww ... the mots-c part is coming up soon for me. So I guess I need to dilute it more than I planned. MK, good to know.

I filtered and didn't get any of that. Maybe I'm just lucky. Since I've been filtering the last few weeks, my stomach and love handles have calmed down a lot.

KLOW.

I started taking it in hopes of reducing the amount of sagging skin I end up having, but it has done so much more for me.

Less joint pain

Eliminated back pain

Less inflammation

When I took a break from taking it my weight loss stalled out. Now that I am taking it everyday again the stall is broken. Maybe a coincidence perhaps .. but inflammation is tied to weight gain and that could be something I've had a problem with all along and just didn't know it.

The other stuff that I've purchased

NAD+ - Seems to have improved my sleep

SS-31 - No noticeable effect

MOTS-c - I haven't started this yet (on schedule for a few weeks from now)

Epitalon - I haven't started this yet (on schedule for 2 months from now)

Ipamorlin - I haven't taken this, didn't know about the CJC DAC/no DAC thing. I regret this purchase, but perhaps might buy some CJC and try it at a later date. I might also try taking it on its own. Dun
Good morning. I am thinking of starting KLOW. I love that it has provided you more benefits than expected.

I am curious......has it helped with your sagging skin? What changes have you noticed?

Well ... there is a problem with deciding if it helps with prevention of sagging skin or not. How can you tell? I mean .. I started off weighing in at 334 pounds and 54 years old. I don't think its possible to avoid sagging and its already happening a bit as I expected. But .. could it have been worse without the KLOW or not? Will I get some rebound to my skin as I continue to take KLOW over time?

I still have more than 100 pounds to lose. I am just going to do the best that I can do and just accept the results. Who knows maybe there is a skin removal surgery in my future. Maybe there isn't.

My only "regret" one currently is MOTS-C. My last dose of that was more than thirty days ago, and I still have two injection site lumps. I really do believe they're fading and will eventually be gone, but the fact that I can still locate both of them if I poke around is kinda upsetting.
That is crazy, is this one side affect from Mots-c that could happen?

Yeah, hard lumps under the skin at the injection site is a reported thing with MOTS-C. And I've heard people bitching that they took awhile to go away, but the fact that mine are lasting a month is enough to spook me. It's only two, though, and the rest are gone, so I think these two will also fade eventually.

I'm sure you have but have you had your kit tested?

Not personally, but I trust the results of the group buy-ish source I got it from. I'm not concerned about infection or it not being what it says it is, I think this one just isn't for me, and it really brought home "What are you doing, randompersonrandom, just shooting up stuff that's not ever been tested in humans just because you're bored? Knock this off and go get an ACTUAL hobby."

I didn't stack with Tirz, only with Reta, but Tesamorelin every night before bed (1 month at 1mg because I'm still paying Canadian resale prices of $150 per 20mg vial.) I recently upped it to 2mg nightly because I thought I was plateauing, but a recent scan shows favourable results, so I might drop it back down to 1mg.

It's magical! I've slacked on my training this month yet still look jacked; the definition is visible, and there's zero fluid retention, even with my 10g creatine and 2 LMNT packets daily. A recent DEXA reveals I'm up 6.6% in muscle mass, and down 6.9% in fat mass since starting Jan 7. I am eating 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight though, so that definitely plays a role.

Other faves so far have been Reta, SS-31, & Epitalon.

My meh? Copper. My body does not do the blue.

That's seriously impressive DEXA progress +6.6% muscle and -6.9% fat while dialing back on training is straight fire! Tesamorelin at night is clearly doing its GH magic perfectly (great call on the timing). Dropping back to 1mg if the scan still looks strong makes total sense keep fine-tuning what your body loves most. SS-31 and Epitalon too Epitalon is one of my personal favorites; the dreams on that stuff are next-level wild . I've got two kits incoming that should keep me set for years. Copper peptides / GHK-Cu ? Yeah, not everyone's skin plays nice with the blue. Totally fair to pass on what doesn't vibe, I'm honestly about ready to drop it myself; it feels like an ex who just keeps coming back to sting my ass Keep killing it, gains like yours are straight-up motivating !

out of curiosity how close were those two from the others?

That’s a Pretty popular protocol floating around here and other places on the Net. You have to be a patient bugger on that protocol! 14 weeks is a long time! The 100mg NAD dosages are up there. Anyone doing this I would be interested to see their HR changes over the 14 weeks. I would expect the resting HR to go up.
Any evidence of increased BP along with increased HR?

When I got near my target weight my blood pressure decreased. I promptly stoped the beta blocker and losartan. My bp averages is 110/70. I have not seen nad+ or any other peptide increase it. Even the ones that raised my heart rate. The only thing that raises it is when I have to talk to my ex.

Hang in there- I’m 20 lbs from my first goal.. I’ve lost 100 lbs and haven’t decided if I’m going to set another goal, since I wasn’t too sure I’d make the first one almost 2 years ago.

I have not tried NAD+ yet. This is on my order wish list to get along with stacking 5-Amino-1MQ. have you tried 5-Amino-1MQ yet?

出于好奇,这两个人与其他两个人距离有多近?
我把它们均匀地涂抹在下腹部。剩下的两颗(我想现在只剩下一颗了,我刚才摸索了一番才找到,而且它比上次找到的要小得多)位于我右下腹部。
