Reta、

MOT-C。

他喜欢自然疗法,但他也是个基因奇才,我为此既爱又恨他。但他有很严重的自卑情结,大多数人都看不出来。真是个奇葩。总之,我没什么有用的信息要补充,就把这些都一股脑儿地跟你说了,DJ Josh 🤪😃😅

So i may or not know a certain police seargent that is built like a greek god. He has body dysmorphia and is obsessed with his musclature. He is using reta and test, but most of his cop friends are taking steroids. He doesnt like to use those preferring peptides. Super cool, super yoked out motherfucker. Ill speak for him, heres his current stack.

Testosterone Cypianate

Sermorelin

Reta

MOT-C

He prefers natural, but he is also a genetic wonder of nature and I secretly love/hate him for it. But he has huge confidence issues most people dont see. Wild shit. Anyway, ive nothing useful to add, so just puked up all that on ya dj josh 🤪😃😅
I get the test c / GLP stack, and I like MOTS-C - and SS-31 more. (FYI I’ve been schooled here by folks providing links dispelling the belief that reta is better than tirz at sparing muscle - there’s no difference). But I’m curious what benefit Sgt Adonis feels from the sermorelin. Thoughts?

In answer to the original question, depending on the age and gender of your rat, I would add 1-4 iu hgh daily.

I'm trying to protect muscle and maybe accelerate things without messing up progress.

What's the single peptide you stacked with Tirz that gave you the biggest noticeable win? (E.g., faster stubborn fat melt like belly/visceral, better muscle preservation, improved recovery/energy/sleep, skin glow/recovery boost, etc.) Bonus points if you share rough dosing or how long it took to kick in!

And on the flip side what's one you added and regretted? (Sides like water retention, blunted food noise suppression, no real difference, injection overload, or just not worth the hassle/money?)

Thank you.
What worked? Tesa. 2 mg at bedtime, 5 on/2 off for six months.

Waste of time and money? AOD-9604. I should have read more. This was researched heavily by MSM/BP and abandoned. If those two leviathan entities didn’t see profit potential, I probably shouldn’t have, either.

NAD+ was the biggest game changer in my stacks I've used with Tirz.

Upped my energy, cleaned out the brain fog and generally treats me very well. Makes getting up and moving throughout the day much easier.

I haven't taken anything that was just "meh" at this point. TA-1 I guess didn't really do anything noticeable, but why would it? It's one of those "behind the scenes" things we take.

I like Reta for sure. It's been life changing, so far. As for non-GLP peptides, I'm not sure because I haven't tried them all yet. 😛 In the running would be Epitalon and NA Semax. Mots-C really kicked my ass today in a good way, but I may save that one for when I need to fight bears or jump from building to building. I thought SS-31 was a dud, feels-wise, but if it prepared me for Mots-C and the blast I got today, then it certainly did it's job. KPV is a keeper, so is TA-1 and Selank.

So I guess haven't found one that I would say never again. I do think if you are older, you feel them more because they are designed optimize aspects of your metabolism, brain signaling pathways and immune system. If you don't have that damage (yet), or deficiency, you may not feel the impact. You can't optimize an already optimal system.

MOTS-c drained me the first few times I took it...I do think I am one of those that would have benefited more from it had I ran SS-31 first. So I backed off and I am waiting to get some SS-31 on my next order.

I titrated up to 3 mg last week and started 5 mg this week. I was following the full 14-week protocol. I can't handle 5 mg. It's like rocket fuel. I hope I can sleep tonight. I was good at 3 mg, so I'm staying there.

Good to know...I was just using 2.5 mg 2x a week...by the time I finished up the second vial, I wasn't feeling drained at least...I'll ramp it back up after an SS-31 intro.

When you say "rocket fuel"...is this just an abundance of energy or are you feeling jittery at all? I felt that way w/my starter dose of NAD+...love it but...difficult sleeping the first night.

My wife is on NAD+ and echoes your statement, all of her brain fog is gone and more energy. I'm thinking of adding it in soon.
I do think the more depleted our NAD levels are, the more bang for the buck you get...of course as we age, the more depleted those get naturally.

It was an abundance of clean energy, mood lift, wanting to do SOMETHING but realizing I had to work. I wanted to go mow the grass and trim the trees, but then realized I'm in an apartment and they wouldn't appreciate that much. I did not need my coffee this morning. That kind of energy. I've also been taking NR for many years and also did the six week SS-31 precursor, so I think I was primed for it. I also did my afternoon strength training and didn't just increase by 5 or 10 reps, but increased by 20 reps.

That sounds great, I'm on the 14 week Mitochondrial protocol but haven't started the Mots-C part yet. The only thing I worry a bit about is the ISRs some people mention they have with Mots-C.

I was worried about that, too. Some people even needed to stop, so I was concerned. Last week, titrated up from 1 mg, 2 mg, 3 mg on MWF. I had no issues. I filtered it all and didn't get even an ISR, either. I seem to be golden for it. Now I just have to figure out when to use it. I filtered and aliquoted 20 mg for the next week, thinking it might be more like SS-31. I might just spread it out over a longer period.

Honestly it’s not awful. I find it itchy and maybe a little uncomfortable for about 10 min. Well worth it though.

I'm not sure if you are back GO but I would feel remiss if I didn't point these things out.

TestCyp is literally a steriod, you could argue Test is the OG steroid. Definitely not "natural" (going by bro definition and I guess WADA)

Just to throw it out there I am also on a low amount of TRT I have been on TRT for 4 years now. My journey began from a motorcycle crash (wife and I)and got VERY banged up broken ribs etc... I gained a LOT of weight from the recovery and have been getting back in shape.

Ps. Wife was just fine. lol.
