I know, thinking I'm going too fast. Whats a normal stack for a 53 year old looking to lose 20 lbs and get buff? MD
Reta and test.

From my experience, as long as you’ve read up on what you’re taking, none of them negatively interact or counteract each other, and you’re following advice on which ones to cycle, there’s nothing wrong with stacking for what you want to achieve. I’m a 33 year old female with a goal of dropping 12kg (3 down so far), retain muscle, and heal my body from the stress of a hectic life led 😅 I’m stacking reta, cag, ghk, BPC-157, tb500, kpv, and about to start nad+ this morning!

Tirz or Reta, Tesa, & Test Cypionate. I'm 52, and that's what I'm on. Best shape of my life.

I went from 208lb puffy/flabby to 187lb lean/muscular in 12 weeks.

I'm also on the KLOW stack, but that's for my rotator cuff tendenidis, and well being.

1. Nandrolone Undecanoate

2. Retatrutide

3. Collagen peptides, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C

4. Anastrazole EOD after 6 weeks.

Reta, tuna fish, and crackers. The holy trinity.

I'm with you about too many. When it's peptides, there's an approach with people calling it a stack and thinking the more the better. Those same people are often happy to be "off their polypharmacy". Of course these are the same thing (both are drugs for medical purposes) , just that peptides have way sketchier sourcing .

Tell me a bit about NAD if you have a second. What are your thoughts and how often do you take and the dosage?

Really depends on where you’re at right now, but as a beginner you can definitely lose fat and build muscle at the same time. Lift heavy, stay in a small deficit (small is enough) hit your protein around 1g per lbs, and aim for 10k steps a day. Split them up, some in the morning, some at the gym, some at night. With a little help from reta or tirz, that should be very doable, try to use these glp1s to change ur lifestyle and eating habits, rather than lowering the volume of the junkfood some people eat (not saying u eat junkfood hahah)

I’m taking 2mg of Reta, as to why I’m doing any of the things I’m doing I feel like I’m going full science project on myself. Just kinds ordered what the Internet said was popular TBH……whatever this adds up to. Lol

Reta 2mg started .5

Tesa 1mg

IPA/CJ I forget it’s a ratio

Mots-c 3 MG 3 day/week

KLOW .15 after 3ml reconstitute

eli lilly trials (triumph) have reta dosing starting @ 2mg/week x4, 4mg/week x4, 6mg/week x4, 9mg/week x4, then 12mg/week x4.

My reta dose is 1.5, I’m only wanting to lose 10kg (22 pounds) so I’m not keen on titrating up to a massive dose (although I am planning on upping to 2mg and sit there). The food noise was so bad for me, I’m ADHD AF too so the compulsion to eat for dopamine is always present. I added the cag 0.2ml to help with the food noise and it’s doing a splendid job. Still eating 3 meals a day and getting my protein in but I’m not semi constantly craving food when I’m not hungry or thinking about smashing a GYG bowl 😂

It’s like goals are phases in life and they cycle around. Myself like many start with Reta or another GLP for initial recomp. We than venture into a GHRH to address minimizing muscle loss and get the added benefits. We move along to GHK-Cu included peps to get the rejuvenation effect and possibly BPC/TB/KPV to address aches pains injuries. Lastly more advanced or active workout people get into the preworkout gold (NAD, Mots-C, 5Amino).

Those are typically what’s in my cycles or rotations and honestly they seem like a lot but are used at different times. I am sure many others are similar and leverage the benefits when we need them.
