Ousia got outed for not being properly licensed. Now they're lying saying they're actually using other pharmacies to dispense. Lavender sky sent a customer someone else's health records. QSC selling stuff with low purity that appears to be a year old. The Tennessee woman selling research Peps to medspas. Emerge trying to charge people after they cancel. Last week sry Alan threatening to fly across the world to beat up a customer. Apparently one or two of the testing labs got caught making up results a couple weeks ago?

This entire market, telehealth, compound, grey, is a shit show. And it's hilarious and I love it.

okay, you totally got me with that surprise ending 🙃

Telehealth and compounding pharmacies are sketchier than ordering from China.

They altered patients perscriptions and dosing protocols without doctor or patient intervention or approval to attempt to get around blatant patent law lmao and people celebrated them for it. Compounding pharmacies were praised for putting additives into patients scripts that a doctor did not approve and nobody asked for in an attempt to side step the law.

That's absolutely insane and I'm not sure why someone hasnt brought a lawsuit over that.

I read on reddit yesterday that Mochi is now offering a 16.6 mg dose of tirz (part of their attempt to "customize" doses and get around the potential compounding stoppage, I guess). Higher than is approved by the FDA. So that's gonna be interesting.

EL and NN left a void in the market by pricing their life changing meds out of the reach of most without insurance coverage. When there is money to be made there will always be people to step in to fill that void.

Call them gray market, black market and the latest "Legend Drugs", It really is the wild, wild West out there.

Wait, what happened with GYC? I just checked their discord and Data Mining Site and didn't see anything out of the ordinary chatter?

Are GYC rated? - i havent seen many reviews.

But yeah I paid $380 for 2 x T30 in QSC's Black Friday sale and it hasn't arrived yet. I'm looking at that $290 for T60 from GYC at this point and tempted to hedge my bets... as I've got about 6 weeks supply left.
GYC: After a review of all the facts and careful consideration, we have decided to remove GYC from our server and add a warning to their entry on our vendor spreadsheet.

One of the members of this community placed an order with John at GYC, then cancelled it shortly thereafter. John confirmed the cancellation, and no payment...

It really seems like it shouldn’t be that hard to do a decent job and dominate the market in the environment you described so well, but here we are. Either international drug dealing attracts the lowest common denominator, or it’s harder than you’d think. 🤷🏻‍♂️

yeah simple things like labeling vials and providing batch numbers would be a huge differentiator

I think they send unlabeled vials because they are claiming the products are anything other than peps when sending them through customs. Labeling the vials Tirz or Reta would make it super ease for CBP to seize the shipment. I actually enjoy putting my own labels on them thank to my Niimbot!

I wish all the vendors would send stuff unlabeled or with some kind of code. Especially now they wanna arrest people over tirz

Alan threatening to fly across the world to beat up a customer was warranted.

Here is the Board of Pharmacy complaint against Ousia: Ousia Complaint.pdf

Don't forget when Ouisa gave people a Free vial that wasn't prescribed by a physician when they got backed up during the hurricane and people started filing chargebacks. No surprise to read that one of the complaints is they are not maintaining a patient database. The vials are just going out the door lol

I don’t know the back story here, but I do know there are two sides to it. What did the customer do?
