
Years ago...like 20 of 'em, when this would happen to me I just got up and went for an hour long bike ride and continued on with the day rather than just let it frustrate me. I just figured it was all the rest I needed at that time. Went on for a couple months -and I looked forward to the dark and QUIET rides along SF Bay. That's what I did, anyway. (btw, melatonin worked for a while and then my body got used to it, does little now)
