I know this old but thought I'd chime in. Tried DSIP in hopes of helping with sleep but it did nothing for me. Still searching for something that works. I have no problem falling asleep, but wake up every night after 4-5 hours of sleep and then can't sleep again. Very frustrating. Anyone here has any suggestions? (btw, melatonin worked for a while and then my body got used to it, does little now)
Years ago...like 20 of 'em, when this would happen to me I just got up and went for an hour long bike ride and continued on with the day rather than just let it frustrate me. I just figured it was all the rest I needed at that time. Went on for a couple months -and I looked forward to the dark and QUIET rides along SF Bay. That's what I did, anyway. YMMV

I'm looking into Teso. Interesting. Thanks to you all for sharing your valuable first hand information.

This was me until I learned how to reset my vegus nerve at bedtime. You can give it a try and report back to the class. Keep your head looking straight ahead the whole time and only moving your eyes look hard to the left and keep your eyes hard left until you yawn, sigh or deep breath, then roll your eyes around a little bit to relax the muscle and do the same to the right side. I promise Im not pull'n your chain, it works for me when nothing else does.
