Hey, just wondering if anyone has been on this stack for a whole cycle (90+ days) or more? Maybe cjc + ipa experience is also good to hear about. If you have could you share your thoughts on it? Maybe you’ve studied a lot about the tesa + ipa stack? Anything to share?

I’m currently on the second week of tesa + ipa doing 1mg+0.5mg five nights a week with 2 days off. But since I am also on Retatrutide it’s hard to say whether the perceived fat loss I have is from tesa + ipa. But one thing I have are the vivid dreams which I think means the tesa + ipa is working?

Hi, I am doing Retatrtude (10mg), 250mcg CJC1295/Ipamorealin and 2mg tesa (I know 1.4mg is enough but it's kinda a hassle to divide 10mg into 7 doses). I plan to do a DEXA scan in a week or so and will let you know if I see any changes
Yes please do so and let us know if the changes and/or benefits

I’m on 12th week of Ipa/Tesa now, 2mg Tesa in the AM, 500mcg Ipa AM and PM. Also 4mg of Reta each week. Pinning Tesa/Ipa daily, the 5 on 2 off is not necessary with these and is a myth that just will not die lol. If you arent experiencing water retention that would prevent you from doing so, I’d definitely suggest going to daily, you’re just losing 2 days a week of effects otherwise. Also 2mg is the standard clinical dose for Tesa, even at that dose it takes a few weeks to really see effects and did for me. The Ipa I’m overdosing a little because it’s there and cheap and YOLO lol, but I definitely was seeing the effects in building lean muscle from it within the first week or two even as i titrated up from 100-200mcg. The Tesa works on the visceral fat around your organs, so i didn’t see a big difference outwardly for the first 4-5 weeks even, although my clothes were fitting looser and my Reta is just a maintenance dose at this point. Week 6 and on tho started to see the significant loss of belly fat from the Tesa, waist shrinking and more definition in the area for sure. Looking back I don’t know that I wouldn’t have just gone straight to HGH first, but if done properly and with patience and financial commitment the stack absolutely works for body recomposition. My weight loss was mostly complete when I started it and in the past 2 months from the Tesa/Ipa I’m told I look like a completely different person lol

The 1.4 mg is for a new more-concentrated version of prescription Egrifta developed by the pharmaceutical company, it’s equivalent to 2mg of the standard formulation of Tesamorelin which is almost certainly what we’re getting in the gray market, I’d say your 2mg dosing is correct anyway then lol

I have something of a theory to run Tesa or Tesa/Ipa for ~9-12 months starting relatively soon, carrying me through my last ~40lb to lose and several months into maintenance.

The current things I'm waiting on are:

1: DEXA scan after starting supplemental creatine this month to quantify the lean mass change from the DEXA I took at the start of creatine.

2: Get a better grasp of my Z score. Inexplicably it was 1.4 in March, but only .3 last Monday. I only have one other result from back in 2021, no z score, but estimating it to have been -1 to -.7.

When I thought it was 1.4 I figured I didn't need to mess with it, but now it seems like it could be beneficial. I'll get another z score Friday and again next month, and the following month with some other lab work. I haven't decided my timeline, aside from after my next DEXA which could be next week (donated blood yesterday, need that to normalize now before the DEXA).

On the plus side, I have plenty of Tesa, but if I'm going to run more than ~500mcg/day on IPA, I'll need more to make it 12 months... not a hard problem to resolve.

Damn that sounds awesome. I wonder what the mechanics of it is that it takes around d 6 weeks or more before the effects starts being noticeable. That said, kinda sad that you gotta be able to run it for many weeks continuously when you first start it because you gotta time that between vacations and stuff (unless you dare check in your tesa and ipa at the flight control and bring it to other countries). Thanks for the heads up on the 5-2 myth I’ll check up on that.

I don't think you want to run the blend. The dose for Tesa is not the same as IPA.

I ran a Tesa kit by itself and got some nasty carpal tunnel that kept me up at night. Which then negatively affected my entire day. I didn't lose any noticeable weight.

I'm also about to finish a kit of tesa 5mg/ipa 5mg. I can't say I got anything from that either.

A lot of research before during and after led me to sticking with what works and has plenty of human trials behind it. GLPs for weight loss, Test for gaining/maintaining muscle. KISS as they say. I suggest younger people, around their late 30s when Test starts to drop 1-2% per year., use HGH for their muscle support or until they are done having kids, then look at Test. Add some tadalafil to keep the fun going strong.

I'm an enthusiast, not a doctor. Do your own research and feel free to let me know if I had any misinformation.

I found this image that helps show it a little. The term “belly fat” gets associated with Tesa a lot but my understanding is that technically what it attacks is visceral fat. So the first 6 weeks or so I wasn’t seeing abs or noticing less flabbiness or anything lol, but my clothes were fitting looser because the deep visceral fat was being reduced more-so than the subcutaneous fat that is more noticeable from the outside. Probably even better from an overall health perspective, but from a body recomposition perspective is why more patience is needed. It’s working, it’s just working the deep stuff first lol.

Awesome image and explanation. You’re probably right about this.
