Anyone familiar with ths levels (thyroid) and mess with any T3 or T4 (like levothyroxine or others)?

Mine is 3.3. Which isn't technically high but also not on the low side. The scale goes to like 4.2 before its considered high.

I know places (India) to get all the stuff. Ive just never messed with thyroid stuff.

Curious to see what you scholars have to say.

If you really want to learn, they are on page 593 (T3) and 595 (T5)

Personally I avoid them because I dont like anxiety, tremor, etc, it really worries me and i avoid compounds that will reasonably cause that through normal use.

They also interact with other compounds, which seems risky for the research chem crowd where the potential interactions arent really known well

many body builders use them to increase metabolic rate and cut fat quicker.

Thanks for the info yo

as someone with hashimoto's and cant keep their levels balanced for more than like 6 months at a time. id say dont mess with it without getting help from a doctor. or atleast full panel blood work every 8 weeks. its caused me so many problems bouncing from super low to high to kinda low to super high back to super low over the years. please just be carful

Great advice.

If I didn’t have to take levothyroxine I wouldn’t, the anxiety and tremor, and the resulting chest pain from the anxiety really sucks. Although taking it at night seems to help a lot with that.

Thyroid optimization is seriously an art and, in my opinion, not something to mess with without an endo. I am on both t4 and t3 and have been between hypo/hyper symptoms trying to find the right dose. The symptoms on both sides are not fun. Just my 2 cents. Good luck!!

Don't mess with thyroid meds, I have been in the low and high range of normal and it doesn't make that much of a difference in how you feel or ability to loose weight. If you start messing with things, you will pay for it.

I will add my two cents based mainly on stuff I learnt in this forum. I can understand folks wanting to try artificial hyperthyroidism to elevate metabolism. Here's the thing, @Rolltide61 is immune to glucagon because of low thyroid. Now, if that can work one way, what if higher thyroid function causes excess GLP-1 function? If that's the case, @Mr. Blonde , there may be an issue with your glp-1 dosage. You may find it being overdosed at the same level, and since hypoglycemia is possible, it will require extreme caution. My mother had a thyroidectomy done many years ago and has been on thyroid meds. It's a very dicey thing because the slightest change in hormone levels can cause overstated effects.

Thanks for reply. I am not on a glp1. I'm 6'1 and weigh around 170. Just trying to get that Van Damme physique for summer. Was just curious if anyone had suggestions about it because I don't see it being discussed.

That one I can help with considering the mangasms I had in the 90's for the JCVD physique. I presume cutting is what you would be aiming for? Ever try the thermogenic fat burners on same day supplements? Along with Anavar/super shred/clen/salbutamol, etc., you have many options, including diuretics.

I actually have some anavar and clen on hand. Just got to man up and lose my natty status. Not on trt and never did a cycle....yet.

More of recomp I guess while burning fat but don't want to get much lighter weight wise.

I would recommend never using clen. You can do a lot with fat burners, modafinil, etc. Oh, you can use GLP's for recomp, but PEG-MGF, IGF-1 DES along with BPC, TB-500 could end up becoming your warbound best buds with Anavar.

I would not mess with the thyroid directly. And as T4 becomes T3 through the liver I would make sure to have the liver checked out as well and add maybe some glutathione into your stack. Just be aware that it stinks 😀

If your sole purpose is just getting summer ready, the last thing I would consider is thyroid meds. You can try low dose reta, test, gh (or tesa), mots c; there are so many other safer and more effective options.

I have been on and off t4 and t3 and it's not something you just hop on to get shredded when you are otherwise healthy.

Ever do anavar solo then pct with enclo or anythingsimilar? I understand about suppression. I just don't want to be on trt.

Yes...my previous Var cycle. I ended up with acne on my head..Then did PCT with anastrazole. Then tamoxifen. yeah dont do TRT yet. We will do it together...fight till the end. Now I am doing Var with anastrazole amidst the cycle.

I know I am not the target audience for this thread but I have seen you mention modafinil a few times. Can I ask what it does for you and how much you take? I ordered some 100mg from IndiaMart but have been slow to try them. I grabbed them because they were one of the only things that came up when I searched for ADHD options on IndiaMart.

Originally designed to treat narcolepsy, modafinil is a wakefulness medicine. It wakes you up without the caffeine like stimulant effect. It increases clarity, focus. It has an appetite suppression effect, and you feel more energetic. I have been taking 200mg tabs, but I am a big fuck. I am not certain of their effect on ADHD, but I do find it has a mood uplifting effect. There are other alternative -afinil versions too. For you I would recommend breaking a 100mg tab into a 50mg version and trying it out. Also, you could try Euphoria.
