I pin BPC-157, TB500 & GHK-cu in the morning and BPC-157 for second dose before bed time. For whatever reason, my strength goes up on this stack. At first I did not correlate the gains being associated with this stack, but I have run this combo multiple times and the weight is just easier. I have not seen any medical publications study this, but it has been the only variable in and out of my routine thus far that I can correlate the gains and drops when on and off the stack. Not sure if it is one, two, or all three peptide are assisting but the strength is always up after 3-4 weeks into a 12 week program. Does anyone else have any insight or experiences with the same correlation?

Could they be helping your recovery improve between workouts when on cycle vs off cycle? Maybe your sleep is better on them than when off cycle. Just the first couple of ideas that popped into my head after reading your experience.

Curious what dose you’re running each at

This was my thoughts too.

I noticed similar with BPC/TB4 and I attribute it to recovery speed. I went from muscle pain due to a nagging injury that made a bench press workout take a 3-4 days to recover from even a modest effort. That greatly reduced to like 24hrs or on heavier sets and modest sets I was basically fine in 12-18hrs.

Then I started a modest dose of CJC/Ipa along side the BPC/TB4 and that seems to have allowed my left shoulder to feel like it did over 10 years ago. This resulted in me getting much stronger due to exercise comfort. I am finally advancing up to the 250lb range on bench press in my early 40s having never really done any serious resistance training until starting fall of 2024.

500mcg of BPC -157 twice daily

500mcg of TB500 once daily

2mgs GHK-cu once daily

12 week cycle
What's the benefits of using bpc twice daily?

Half life is short and for healing an injury 2 times is recommended by other test rats who have had success. I have tennis elbow and it’s significantly better after 4 weeks of my protocol. Always open if you have a differing view.

Curious about your protocol for tennis elbow, specifically whether you're doing local injects sub Q or IM vs traditional injects in the stomach etc.

I pin sub q BPC-157 close to injury while pinning TB500 & GHK-cu sub q in stomach.

I did have a shoulder replaced last August and I pinned two cycles of 8 weeks on/4 weeks with all 3 peptides pinned sub q in my shoulder. This did require me pinching my shoulder skin for the fat, and having my wife injecting with great success. My recovery has been better than physical therapist timeline she had laid out and my scar is really excellent looking in relation to my hernia and lower back scars from two previous surgeries.

Thanks for that breakdown!

How often are you rotating your bpc shoulder pin sites? My shoulder impingement has held back my bench. I’m only on week 3 of a bpc + cjc/ipa cycle and it’s a struggle rotating sites with 4 injections a day. The Peppedia tracker is always giving me red rotate site messages. I’m only hitting near my shoulder with bpc like a few days a week.

I am ordering KLOW right now for this purpose. I want better recovery between weightlifting sessions and hopefully that lets me progress faster. I don't even have an injury right now I'm just doing it for science.

I will post a thread in a couple months to let y'all know how it went.

No evidence that pinning close to an injury has any additional benefit, so you can choose any convenient location.

The location pinning is a bit of Bro science

The placebo effect is a hell of a thing.

Seriously though, if that stack is helping, my thought might be that you are training at the edge of what you can recover from. So over training a bit when you are off it and at a recoverable volume when you are on it.

I pin near injury even if it’s close by last injection site. I try to move it around clockwise and keep track so it’s not random. Another thing I do to help is pinch the area where to inject and take your alcohol pad and press in on injection site and press it directly down and move around in small circles after injection to make sure the peptide disperses from injection site to near area. This also how I take my TRT shots recommended by my primary doctor.
