Hello, all. I’ve been on tirz since mid March and have lost 55 lbs. I’ve been on 12.5 mg since August. Weight loss is sporadic and food noise is increasing, so I want to try mazdutide.

There isn’t much to read about mazdutide. I’ve read the basic studies and a few researchers’ positive reactions to using it. That’s about all I can find. So, I designed my own protocol. I’m going to start by stacking 1 mg of maz on top of the 12.5 tirz. If that does not have any negative side effects, I will slowly increase the maz as I lower the tirz. I will report back on this thread with any notable developments.

If you have taken maz and have any experience to share, I would love to hear it.

I just wrote something about this on someone else’s post. Yours sounds like a good plan. Watch out for mild nausea at first, but it subsides, controls food noise very well, increases energy, and breaks stalls, unfortunately it raised my resting heart rate so I discontinued. Amy nurse on Peppys is also doing research you can follow along with.

Hiya, if you are on Peppy's site, look up "Mazdutide:Week by Week". I've been chronicalling my research with maz and tirz there.

So far, I've been able to stop cagri research, as maz and tirz alone are handling any food noise that could possibly crop up. I'm very pleased with the combo of 3mg maz and 7.5mg tirz.

In the beginning, it takes the maz a week or 2 to "kick in". But once it does, it's a full week of suppression with each dose. Of course, ymmv.

Best of luck!!

I have been supplementing with cagri mid week. I hope to drop that if this is effective.

Hi @amynurse. Interested in reading your mazdutide posts on peppy's but I can't find them. Could you please help? Joined today, did a search for the specific topic, and still no luck. You can PM me if need be. Interested in learning more about this peptide.

It might be that you are still too new to search? If you look under the Incretin Memetics category, it's in there.

Hey there! Im glad there will be more experimenting with Maz here to share. Have you tried Reta yet?

I have been on Tirz since Sept (5mg per week) and recently reduced it to 2mg/ week and added Reta 1mg twice per week. I ordered some Maz yesterday to compare with both.

Here is a helpful chart posted on the Peppy’s forum that shows a relative measure of their receptor agonist activity. I’m very interested to see how Maz affects digestion, energy, and appetite.

Survo with Tirz looks like a solid combination judging by the KI index.

I agree—would love to try this combo at some point. My cheap ass just chose Maz > Survo from PGB this time bc it’s about $100 cheaper 😅

I tried Reta in the same way but abandoned it after 3 weeks because I needed more appetite suppression. I switched to a mid-week cagri bump instead. I may try Reta again in maintenance.

Been on Tirz for 4-5 months, currently 12.5mg. Around 10mg I added 2mg, then 4mg Maz with little effect. Dumped that and added Reta. I do feel that I have more energy now and the last bit of weight I need to lose is just falling off.

Maz did help with fatigue though. Maybe I just didn't give it enough of a chance.

I can’t find it. But I shouldn’t be surprised. This new site has been an obstacle for me, so then I hardly browse it.
Had to keep clicking on links on the website for an unreasonable amount of time yesterday. Finally found it under latest posts (incretin mimetics section).
