Hello All.

Looking at what stacking Reta w CJC and Ipa looks like. Who stacks and what does your dosage and injection schedule look like?

I do the Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin mix instead of the CJC, but the results are mostly the same. When I did do the CJC and Ipa, it was 400mcg CJC and 100mcg of Ipa each night right before sleep fasted for at least 5 hours or so.

This is my current stack. I'm on a low dose of reta, splitting 2mg over a week. (Mon & Fri)

5 day on and 2 day off of CJC & Ipa (No Dac). Importantly, I dose the cjc & ipa in the morning fully fasted rather than at night. I saw some feedback that with how slowly you digest food on reta that taking cjc/ipa at night, even two hours or more after a meal may not be enough time.

I have slowly worked up to 300 mcg of cjc/ipa.

First few days on it, I was extremely fatigued, but that passed over time.

How do you feel and what has been the biggest change as a pose to solely on Reta?
 
Good question. The biggest challenge is mental. Reta was my first go at a peptide. It had almost immediate impact. Naturally my assumption was that CJC & IPA would work in a similarly noticeable way.

It has not gone like that. I’m going to stay the course however. I pushed through the initial fatigue and am going to do a full 8 weeks since much of what I’ve read describes progress on these two to be much slower.

I wish I had started CJC and ipa with the Reta because with the weight loss has come a significant (to me) loss in strength and some muscle loss.

Yeah interesting, I would be curious if Mots C would be of benefit here… can you elaborate?

I’m week 2 on Reta and likewise instant reaction with appetite suppression and probably for the first time really felt the strength falling in the gym yesterday. I would like to do a dexa scan before and after but don’t know if I care so much to spend that type of money on something that would be of no real value accept piece of mind.

Interestingly, once I cycle off cjc/ipa in a few weeks my plan is to cycle on SS 31 & Mots C to see if I can tell a difference in strength and energy.
