Hello peptide fans,

After starting with Reta and achieving very good results for myself so far, I am interested in stacking other peptides besides Reta.

So, for testing purposes, I bought a kit of each of the following peptides because they promise benefits that I find interesting.

BPC-157 10 mg

GHK-Cu 100 mg

Epithalon 10 mg

NAD+ 500 mg

MOTS-C 10 mg

5-amino-1mq 10 mg

Selank 10 mg

Semax 10 mg

SS-31 10 mg

KPV 10 mg

I realise that it is best to start with only one peptide at a time in order to assess the positive and negative effects.

I thought I would start with Semax or Selank and then begin the 14-week plan for the mitochondria with NAD+, SS-31 and MOTS-C. However, I then realised that I do not have enough SS-31 for this. So I'm going to change the plan a little bit to make the most of the SS-31 I have.

I haven't decided yet how to proceed afterwards with Epitalon, 5-amino-1mq, GHK-CU, KPV and BPC-157.

How would you proceed with the other peptides? Or would you completely change the plan?

Aside from the mitochondrial peptides, most of these are not inter-related and many can be taken at the same time (though, I agree it's best to introduce one new compound at a time). Most of these have their own cycle times, as well.

Personally, I would pick a symptom and attack it first. Are you struggling to recover? If so, start your KLOW (BCP/TB500/GHK/KPV) first. If you do well with it, pick another symptom. ADHD/brain fog/anxiety plaguing you? Start Semax and Selank (I personally take Semax before head's down work and preworkout and take Selank post workout and before bed).

The 14 week mitochondrial plan is popular because it works. I'd get enough SS31 to run it properly before starting. You're spending good money for this stuff...might as well get the most benefit from it.

Epitalon is pretty much its own thing, and I haven’t heard much as far as people noticing anything different when they take it, it’s more that you are just trusting it is working in the background, so I would say you could take that at just about any time and not worry about trying to isolate it. If you are looking to see how each of these affects you individually then I would also suggest taking GHK-CU and BPC-157 separately before you start on the KLOW since they are two of the things that make up the KLOW stack anyway.

Check out the enhanced man on you tube, he does genetic testing after each cycle of epthalon and his telomeres extend and his biological age goes down and other age markers. Pretty interesting results.

I’m definitely interested in the benefits of Epitalon and plan to do a cycle myself soon, I just meant not experiencing notable changes like increased energy or weight loss or anything where you’d be able to tell outwardly that it was effective. The internal benefits I believe in, I was thinking more that taking Epitalon alongside another peptide wouldn’t cause any confusion as far as which one to attribute any noticeable physical changes to.

It's possible that telomeres extend due to epithalon, but it's not clear that lengthening then extends your life. There is no scientific data behind that. All we've observed so far is the association of short telomeres with dying early.

As far as measuring biological age, some of the consumer facing products are not even internally consistent. Meaning if you take 2 samples to measure your age at the same time, you will have 2 s'offrent results.
