Yeah I think I plan to follow the same one your posted. It seems to be make the most sense to me of all the ones I've looked into. I still need to acquire the materials so something could change between now and then for which one I use. But I'm not sure about starting at 4mg. Probably will try 2 and work up from there.

I read through the logic and benefits expected from the protocol. Kinda new at this research business and didn’t read any ill effects from SS-31. So far, so good. Anxious to begin MOTc part of the protocol. It will be a first for me as well.
 
I stack mots-c with slupp. Mots-c every second day at 3.5mg, slupp 5 days a week at 600mcg, specifically before working out. I noticed a significant difference in endurance at the gym both in lifting and cardiovascular output and also energy levels throughout the day.

Any guy who is a scientist/doctor/professional that talks like he does in the first few minutes of this video is either a fraud or unethical. Then I googled about the crossfit, yep, he got banned...for fraud and unethical...So yep, he hit the twofer.
Aside from the fact that he is a liar, cheat, and swindler, his personality is insufferable! I don't know how anyone can take advice from someone who is that pretentious yet has absolutely no accreditation. He just yells, calls everyone idiots, and then if anyone disagrees with him he threatens violence like a schoolyard bully. I find it hilarious that he got banned from crossfit for blatantly cheating in a competition but acts like a righteous man. I'll admit he is in great shape, especially for his age. But if that is the only qualifier needed for giving health advice, we should all be blasting gear like Sam Sulek. lol

One of his videos came on as an auto play one day and he was ranting like that. I was thinking who the hell is this dude and why is he so angry? And then I learned who he was and it all made sense 😆
 
Coming up on week 5 of the MOTs, NAD+, SS-31 mitochondria enhancement protocol. Almost 2 weeks now pinning 4mg SS-31 daily. NAD+ increases from 50mg to 100mg twice a week starting Friday and stays at that level for the duration. The lab subject has reported an increase of energy for a few hours after the SS-31 pin. MOTs (5mg 3 times a week) begins in a few more weeks. All 3 are new to this subject so a bit anxious to be introduced to MOTs. I’ve read it can be spicy. 🌶️

The spiciest meatball I have had is Glow70. I started adding extra BAC and slowly weaned off the added BAC and accepted the sting. It's not like a purple nurple pain, more like an annoying itch from some poison ivy. maybe less so, but tolerable after a couple weeks of pinning.

I'm on a similar protocol and I looking forward to starting the mots-c in a couple weeks. Hopefully it kicks in some energy.

After this MOTs protocol, I’m jumping right in to a GLOW cycle. 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off. Doctordup2 claims the GHK cu sting is from

A histamine reaction. I’m thinking an oral anti-histamine might help. Zyrtec

I've read that that is what some do. The Zyrtec or Benadryl.

Me? I get nuffin. Pin it wherever I wish. Now Mots would give me a spot of bother for up to an hour but I was ok with scratchin' at the spot for a while.
 
I get a worse sting if I don't let the alcohol dry. I don't know why anyone would take a peptide for energy and kill the benefit with a drug used in sleeping pills. Add a few units of bac to dilute the dose, and you can also split the dose to two pin sites.

The anti-histamine idea is for the GHK cu bite, not the MOTs. What causes the sting from MOTs? Maybe I”ll be lucky with both and have a happy subject.
 
In terms of appetite or insulin sensitivity, do you notice any changes or things like improved sleep?

This is the protocol I started researching. Began week 3 today with the addition of 4mg SS-31 and upping the NAD+ to 50mg. Not much to report, maybe some extra energy. Will add some exercise to see if the subject has more endurance.

YW. My next NAD+ dose goes to 100mg and remains at that level for the remainder of the protocol. Adding MOTs in a few weeks. First time administering MOTs…hope it doesn’t bite too bad. FWIW, I haven’t noticed the subject experiencing too much of an increase in energy. Maybe a few hours after the SS-31 pin.

NAD 100mg 3x a week currently. It is my understanding that some people just stay with the NAD? That accurate?
 
I'm collecting the vials needed to try out this protocol as well. Excited to hear results from someone who finished it.

If anything, sleep has suffered. Could be from things other than the protocol. Occasionally the subject wakes in then middle of the night and has a difficult time getting back to slleop.

The regimen I’m following calls for NAD+ twice a week. Started at 25mg X 2 per week. Upped to 50mg twice a week. Starting tomorrow it will be 100mg twice a week for the rest of the protocol. Yes, NAD+ is dosed for the entire 14 weeks..
