I meant to add that the subject is also on Tirz, 7.5mg weekly. So appetite suppression and any insulin sensitivity is most likely from the GLP2T.

I haven't felt anything. I was hoping one of the peps I have taken the last few months would counteract the reta side effects of sleep disruption, whether it is the extra trips to the bathroom or higher heart rate.

I’ve read that sleep can improve with SS31 and when mitochondria function better. I was following someone on Reddit who did eight weeks of SS31, which is why I asked. He also mentioned that his insulin sensitivity improved, though maybe that effect will show up for you later in the cycle. For sleep, the best options I’ve found are epithalon or endoluten bioregulator.

Better sleep can increase insulin sensitivity among other things. So that could just be a side effect of improving the sleep and not the SS-31. I plan to try it for these reasons as well.

Epithalon is on order to try some cycles of eventually. In what ways did this and endoluten bioregulator improve your sleep?

Tesamorelin/ipamorelin has done wonders for my sleep. Since it doesn't make you ravenous, there's no drawback of middle-of-night hunger like seen in MK677.
I'm currently in a cycle of CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin, and I like it. The next step is to pin BPC-157 and TB-500 in the morning instead of before bed to see if that's messing with my sleep like some people have reported.

NAD 100mg 3x a week currently. It is my understanding that some people just stay with the NAD? That accurate?
I do nad five days a week=500 mg a week

I've taken about every peptide they say is good for sleep and have had zero results. But i don't think you can do much about the effects Reta cause. The only thing that works for sleep is the indica. I wish it was an injectable, because gummies are hard to control. I'll probably switch to drops.
