Yeah that's why I wanted to have this discussion, alot of the data around the concerns with cagrilintide are pretty old, with cagrisema very likely to be on the market by the end of this year, I figured us folks in the grey space would have a good enough grasp of the safety profile.TooBigtoFail said:I use AA (Acetic Acid) 0.6%. On fibrils, you may be reading old material. "The amylin-analog cagrilintide contains 14E and 17R mutations to create a salt bridge, stabilizing the central helix structure. It includes 25P/28P/29P mutations to reduce the protein’s propensity to form fibrils". I know Novo could be lying but lawsuits are expensive. I feel pesticides, nitrates, etc will do me in before fibrils.
I stopped cagri 6 mths ago as it made me too nauseous but starting again this week to loose the last 10-15# and I have 15 vials on hand. I could go one day with no food. No appetite at all.

On Underground, I have not seen his pure 0.6% AA for a while. I only see '3% glycerin + 1% acetic acid + 0.9% benzyl alcohol. pH = 3'. Maybe is ok. I never tried. Been getting AA from Quality Research Chemicals. Pfizer has AA .25% but is for IRRIGATION. That means is not filtered fine enough for injection. That is why I filter. Fibrils that are created in the vial will be "stuck" in your injection site. They are too big to easily migrate, or even if they migrate they don't pass the blood brain barrier.. Too big
The fibrils you have to be afraid of are the ones formed" inside the brain " not on a vial..and the insulin users are proof of this
