I'm still new to this subject but have spent likely 100+hrs on a slew of sites. Each few days, I find a new one and a new best " source ". I find myself not having a clear understanding of what site is best for what. Or, do I just remove myself from the fog and choose just a few.

Here are some sites I have been on recently. Do you value these sites? If so, why?

Reddit Communities = BIOHACK, Retatrutide among a few (thousands of opinions)

Stairway to Gray (STG) -- not even sure why it's best for. Ton of info

GLP1, of course (seems to be the best for info, collaboration, vendor info)

Peppy's (vendor info, science)

After 8 weeks it still seems like a blur. The above list does not list the Telegram and Discord sites. Honestly, it's like the fog of war. I would prefer to narrow it down to 1 or 2 for the following.........

Community support

Before and After's

Sourcing

Other Peptides to stack (eventually....no rush)

Anyone else feel this? Or, are we in many spaces depending on our need that week?

That does sound exhausting.

You have most of everything you need right here. And well organized...

Discord and Telegram are a scammers paradise.

I go there only to check COAs and read about people's recent transactions and failed transactions.

I don't communicate in the group chats and I don't make new friends there.

If I communicate with a vendor. It's because I got their contact info from their official post here.

This site and a couple SKOOL board sites. I have a huge Telegram list, but I don't interact, I just read..

The SKOOL board sights are nice communities, but they are run by affiliates that gatekeep source talking, so it gets frustrating.

I was kicked out of one w/in 2 days because I mentioned, just mentioned a China buy.

Told I was playing with fire...yeah, okay buddy.

This site is overall the best site for so far, for engagement and uncensored research discussion.

This site is my favorite, but I also like peppys for more academic discussions. There are a few FB groups I'm in and some discord groups but I don't usually go to those for reliable info. I mostly just brose them to kill time. Reddit is a cesspool that should only be used for entertainment.

#1 - GLP forum. Top notch.

#2 - A peptide calculator. There are many out there.

#3 - Pep-pedia.org. Not the best research site I've seen but its stable.

#4 - Various vender sites. 2 peptides sources and 2 supply sources.

#5 - Youtube.

Cosign. It can be very exhausting. This is probably unuseful. And it may be lazy and sometimes unreliable, but honestly, thank whoever for chat bots. I think Perplexity, and of late, actually, Google, have been particularly useful. And if you're gonna use these things, cross check your questions against multiple bots and see if the answers match. If you pose your questions the right way, they'll answer. Also, asking the question in such a way that asks the AI to aggregate info from user-content sites and forums like those above actually will often result in useful answers. Yes, they hallucinate and get shit just plain wrong. But find those nuggets that align with the info you're looking for and build your searches on that one thing. Sorry, I know I just spent a paragraph saying 'Use AI' and it is probably slowly killing us all right now. Godspeed.

this Forum, Peppy’s, and a few favorites on Discord.

For purchasing peptides I use 2 group buy sites.( love the Johns and Joes)

I do have a few Reddit sites I read for amusement. I look it all over before I open the newspaper and get depressed. I probably spend @ 40 min twice a day on it.

Good info, thanks. Hard to figure out where " homebase " should be w all the options.

Peppys is crazy so much info. Told myself, browse on it for 2 weeks, if it feels impossible still, move on.

Johns and Joes?

Only here for the GLP/Peptide thing. I belong to a handful of other forums.

One is a large (100K plus members, not all active) Ford based automotive site, that really talks about anything. I'm and Administrator/Super Mod there.

One that deals with scanners and communication radios.

One that's has to do wit smoking meat and grilling.

There was couple others, but they died off.

Take it one element at a time. Go down the navigation menu and take one category/subcategory and read it, make some notes if there is something mentioned you want to explore further later. Also, make free use of the bookmark for things you want to come back to. Because it is so full of information it can feel overwhelming - that is where you just do one thing at a time - the rest will be there -- it's not going anywhere.

Agree and thank you. One small piece at a time. Amazing info !

Google scholar to find the research

Glp-1 forum for discussions, sources and peoples experiences taking glp's

Chatgpt to try to work out interpreting research if it is complex

Data Mining Site to find vendors that take something other than crypto ( whenever I put a particular peptide related chat site in a post here it gets altered by the site, not sure why )

That's what I do. I approach the volume of info the same way I do peptides. Two or three peps at a time, and two or three topics at a time. I spent hours in the libraries on the left side, and even the newbie library, although I'm really not that new anymore, and learned a ton. I filled in gaps in my existing knowledge on peps I'm using, and others I'm interested in researching. I like the way everything is organized. The science-based info can be quite deep and there are a lot of very smart people there (here too!). I can't say I understand it all, but it's there as a reference to come back to as I learn more. It's like the old saying: How do you eat an elephant - one bite at a time.
