Looking for something to help brain fog post long covid symptoms while I study for IT cert exams, so I've been debating trying Semax or Semax/Selank combo. I'm leaning toward just the former as I'm not sure I really need the anxiety reducing properties of the latter (I do get some anxiety sometimes, but I don't think it's the primary blocker), but I'm interested in other people's experiences either way.

Also, I already have a bunch of bacteriostatic saline, so if I could use that for reconstituting for IN administration, that would be ideal, but I realize the benzyl alcohol may cause some issues. Not sure if that's a universal thing or more an individual experience. So interested in hearing anyone's experience on that as well.

Thanks.

Here's a couple threads about Semax and Selank that should answer your questions and there are more threads here also.

I didn't like the combo, but like them both individually. You may want to research Epitalon here for brain fog, as well. I ran an Epitalon cycle before using either one and will always have some.

You're right that any BAC will dry your sinuses out. It's irritating to the mucosa. You can find sterile saline without it on Amazon.

I read through that second one before I made this post, but it didn't really contain the info I was looking for. Your first link seems to be a broken link to a direct message.

Oh..let me fix that. Fixed. That's the one I wanted.

It really depends on what you like individually. I found that Semax overwhelmed the Selank and I didn't like the combination.

For my nasal recon I use a combination of bac water and saline. I get these little ampules of 5ml each on Amazon that are perfect. I use 2ml to recon, transfer that into the nasal spray, then add 5ml of saline and off we go.

Gives about 125mcg each spray with the nasal sprays I use.

Never had any irritation or dryness.

I get notable brain fog from semax in isolation. I'm just a sample of one, but I would suggest the combo.

I recon with bacteriostatic saline and haven't had issues with irritation.

A lot of nasal sprays in the UK use
