My average resting rate increased by about 5bpm. Not too bad overall. I've been monitoring it long before ever starting reta so I had a pretty good baseline to work with.

My rhr increased from around 63-67 to about 72-73 after starting reta. Nothing uncomfortable and I can't say I actually noticed anything other than my fitbit telling me my rhr went up.

Over the first 8 weeks, my heart rate went up about 10 beats per minute, just this past week it has started going down again. Which is great. That said I was in the low 60s so going up to the low 70s was not really a big deal

I was consistently at about 65bpm. I am at about 72bpm now. However, I was at 145/85 blood pressure before, and after 2 months, I'm already down to 130/78. I would call that a huge net positive, worth the BPM increase.

my RHR went up about 10 bpm. When working out it makes my HR shoot up to max way faster than before reta. So, I have to have longer recoveries between weights sets or take more walk breaks when I run, otherwise I feel weird.

I’ve read in some places online that it can really increase your heart rate a lot, and it can feel uncomfortable. I’m curious about what everyone has noticed.
My rhr when I was on it for a couple months. About +6 rhr over time. Started at 500mg weekly ended at 2mg weekly

Mornings waking up its' 70-72, afternoon 76-78. Sleeping 53-58 depending if I actually sleep.

For me reta jumped my RHR by about 10-12BPM on average and completely tanked my HRV from an average of about 80 down to the 30s. It's one of the many reasons I'm switching to Tirz to see if that's a better fit for me. Since running long-distance is my main hobby, I'm not comfortable with that large of a change in my heart metrics. This was on about 5-7mg weekly dosage once a week of reta, btw. Sleep and supplementation, hydration, etc. were all dialed in well, so the only variable was the reta.

11 weeks of Reta, now at 3mg. No change to heart rate. Today mid-day was: 106/63, pulse 57

Im up about 8 or 9 bpm, and sweatier, too. I get about 6 hours sleep a night with no choice to sleep longer. 6 doses in currently @1.5mg
I’m having a hard time sleeping as well. Magnesium isn’t working for me.

I have read, from multiple people, to eat some carbs before going to bed helped them sleep longer or restored their normal sleep time. I tried that and I didn't have any better sleep. I just had a 6 hour and 14 minute sleep time. For me, my sleep was jacked up for over two months. Recalling the recent past, the shorter sleep duration didn't really slow me down throughout the day. I am somehow getting back to what I think is normal. I'm losing weight consistently at a slow rate. I do think that "normal" is just a word as my physical transformation will change things. My body appears to be smarter than I am, but I still keep an eye out and note concerns.

I’m only on week 6 so hopefully it gets better. I average around 6hrs now. I wanna get to at least 7-8hrs. But Im 50 so that might also play a role plus stress from work doesn’t help.
It doesn't. I'm at 25 weeks on 9 mg. In bed at 8 normally, sleep good till about 1-1:30, then toss and turn. Finally get up 4-4:30. In bed by 8 because I have always got up early when I was working. Retired now 2 years.

My resting heart rate was 65 before glp1s. It went up to 72 for a while on Reta. 3.5 months in, it came back down to 67. However, my blood pressure went from 150/89 to 128/77.
You must have taken the numbers from my book. Time frame heart rate and BP are all about the same

My RHR was really bad when I started, 87 BPM. I’m not a little over a month in and my RHR is 66bpm and I’ve dropped 26 pounds in that month. My blood pressure is also down to 124/87 from 151/98 when I first started.

Before reta 73 resting hr.

2mg reta 78 resting hr

4mg reta 82-86 resting hat rate.

2nd week at 4mg, I took cjc/ipa right before bed, as I have done before. Hr went up to 107, as I was in bed trying to sleep. It scared me, but it went down after 10 minutes.

I never noticed cjc/ipa raising my hr before.

Haven't used cjc/ips since.

Mine has gone up about ~10 bpm on 2mg and now on 1mg of reta. But my blood pressure has gone down to "low normal" so I'll take the tradeoff as my blood pressure is usually high normal or slightly higher.
