My average resting rate increased by about 5bpm. Not too bad overall. I've been monitoring it long before ever starting reta so I had a pretty good baseline to work with.

My rhr when I was on it for a couple months. About +6 rhr over time. Started at 500mg weekly ended at 2mg weeklyAtlanatpr said:I’ve read in some places online that it can really increase your heart rate a lot, and it can feel uncomfortable. I’m curious about what everyone has noticed.

说实话,我天生心动过速,白天通常在90-95次/分左右,有时甚至更高。我注意到我夜间的静息心率比平时略高,但可能不超过5次/分,因为我正常的静息心率在70次/分左右。Atlanatpr said:I’ve read in some places online that it can really increase your heart rate a lot, and it can feel uncomfortable. I’m curious about what everyone has noticed.

I’m having a hard time sleeping as well. Magnesium isn’t working for me.oldjarhead said:Im up about 8 or 9 bpm, and sweatier, too. I get about 6 hours sleep a night with no choice to sleep longer. 6 doses in currently @1.5mg

I have read, from multiple people, to eat some carbs before going to bed helped them sleep longer or restored their normal sleep time. I tried that and I didn't have any better sleep. I just had a 6 hour and 14 minute sleep time. For me, my sleep was jacked up for over two months. Recalling the recent past, the shorter sleep duration didn't really slow me down throughout the day. I am somehow getting back to what I think is normal. I'm losing weight consistently at a slow rate. I do think that "normal" is just a word as my physical transformation will change things. My body appears to be smarter than I am, but I still keep an eye out and note concerns.Januza said:I’m having a hard time sleeping as well. Magnesium isn’t working for me.

It doesn't. I'm at 25 weeks on 9 mg. In bed at 8 normally, sleep good till about 1-1:30, then toss and turn. Finally get up 4-4:30. In bed by 8 because I have always got up early when I was working. Retired now 2 years.Januza said:I’m only on week 6 so hopefully it gets better. I average around 6hrs now. I wanna get to at least 7-8hrs. But Im 50 so that might also play a role plus stress from work doesn’t help.
You must have taken the numbers from my book. Time frame heart rate and BP are all about the samealphaamigo said:My resting heart rate was 65 before glp1s. It went up to 72 for a while on Reta. 3.5 months in, it came back down to 67. However, my blood pressure went from 150/89 to 128/77.
