Question about size of Reta kit to buy next. I am using for maintenance and so far feel effects from even my first 1mg dose. Not looking to lose weight, just have a more normal food experience with less difficult restriction and fasting. I would like to buy a slightly larger kit to save money, take up less freezer space, reconstitute less often, and in case my dose goes up in time, but I’ve read that reconstituted Reta shouldn’t be frozen. If I made several vials of reconned Reta under clean conditions with Hospira BAC and kept them in the refrigerator not being punctured for several months, would the Reta degrade significantly? It seems likely to me that bacterial growth wouldn’t be an issue under those conditions. Thanks for your thoughts.

If you're only doing 1mg doses, and will stay there. I'd get 10mg/kits reconed with 1ml BAC. You'll get 10 shots, or 10 weeks worth. That's OK to use till then in my world. If you plan on moving up, that's different game.

I answered this question once before saying that usually you will get a percent or 2 degradation from a single freeze thaw cycle, and was corrected, by someone saying this is not correct for reta and a single freeze thaw will cause significant degradation, not sure of exact number but over 10%..Most peptides are not that sensitive.

Fridge is less of an issue, but long term increases odds of bacterial or fungal growth.

Well, I’ve read a lot that you shouldn’t use reconstituted peptides for longer than 28 days. I’ve used them myself for longer than 28 days, but the recommendation is to limit use to 28 days, and that you shouldn’t freeze reconstituted peptides. With non-reconstituted peptides, it doesn’t really matter I store them at -20 degrees.

I wouldn't count on reconstituted reta staying viable beyond 2 months. At least not at "full" potency. Tirz was found to hold well through about day 60 in the fridge, but then dropped to about 40% activity by day 113.

Personally, I've used a reta vial for 3 months before it was empty. I definitely felt a stronger response when I reconstituted and started my next vial.

Tbh don't understand, why you want to complicate it so much, with no reason. If you pin only 1mg per week, and not keen to boost the dose, my advice is: Buy a kit or few of 5mg Reta, put into freezer, and reconstitute one vial at once. When finished, just reconstitute another one and so on...Simple as that.
