Update pertaining to this thread. My weight went up some then slingshotted down 7+ after my last post. These plateaus are about as understandable as a david lynch films plot. Guessing water mostly

Nah, don't toss the vial, and you didn't agitate it too hard.. Some of this stuff is just different. Yes, I mix based on the measured vial volume, not what it's marked as.Oreos69 said:This week i upped to 4.5 with a new vial and holy crap I'm having a hard week and going up 1.5mg seems like a stretch. Maybe I agitated the peptide too hard when I reconstituted the previous vial (this usually isnt a problem?) but it may be worth trying another vial.

Thanks for the updatequicksilver80 said:Update pertaining to this thread. My weight went up some then slingshotted down 7+ after my last post. These plateaus are about as understandable as a david lynch films plot. Guessing water mostly
ive heard this and someone i believe on this thread said that at certain mgs the got nothing then they make a jump to 8mg and it smacked them again. My wife is visibly down weight and her waist is shrinking.Oreos69 said:Personally I was doing 3MG up from 2MG and it was doing pretty much nothing like the previous couple of weeks. Yes like stated here don’t toss it unless your well pst the 28-30 day mark on itBNLFL said:Nah, don't toss the vial, and you didn't agitate it too hard.. Some of this stuff is just different. Yes, I mix based on the measured vial volume, not what it's marked as.

Yep, I'll go 10 weeks reconstituted, but have never gone past 8 weeks. This current R50 is good for 7 doses at 8mg. 4 down, 3 to go. 7 weeks.RamCummins6.7 said:Yes like stated here don’t toss it unless your well pst the 28-30 day mark on it
A 2 to 4lb increase morning to night isn’t anything unusual. I have a 2 to 4lb decrease from night to morning as well.quicksilver80 said:Same exact problem. Bumped up to 6mg last 2 weeks ago? Had some weird sides so i dropped back to 4. Been raising calories and lowering them and if anything been gaining weight every day. Usually see a 2 to 4 pound raise from morning to night. Now im swinging like 5 to 6. Drink a gallon of water a day. Under 2500c in deficit too regularly. Over 150g minimum of protein. Gym of heavy weight training 5 days a week.Nothing. no budge. At lowest 269 then keep bouncing around 270 to 275. its so bizarre
Well known occurrence in weight loss and recomp. No worriesquicksilver80 said:Update pertaining to this thread. My weight went up some then slingshotted down 7+ after my last post. These plateaus are about as understandable as a david lynch films plot. Guessing water mostly

This just happened to me recently. I had only lost 2 pounds in three weeks then all of a sudden, I lost 2 lbs in three days.Elgordoboy said:“The "whoosh effect" is a popular weight loss theory describing a sudden, overnight drop in weight after a long, frustrating plateau. According to the concept, the body flushes out water that has temporarily accumulated in shrinking fat cells, resulting in a sudden, sharp decline on the scale”

I would disagree with the caveat that not all are created and handled the same.kj4otu said:the 28 day limit is pretty real for Reta.

I'll disagree as well. I have a vial of R50 I just pinned #6 out of, and it feels the same. Pretty sure there's one more dose in there.kj4otu said:the 28 day limit is pretty real for Reta.

Yeah those tests are way off from what I experienced real world. I won't push pas 8 weeks again.RetCurious said:I would disagree with the caveat that not all are created and handled the same.

我第一次订购的是一套R12套件作为入门,之后又订购了一套R30套件作为后续使用。kj4otu said:是的,那些测试结果和我实际经历的相差甚远。我不会再超过8周了。

Someone posted a video on the site put together by a couple of compounders who said the agitation is a myth. Your body would be a wreck if you went on a run and all the peptides in your body separated due to agitation.
I bring my peptides upstairs daily and they aren't packed in foam or bubble wrap, I also might get distracted and they might sit out for 20 minutes.
I think there is as much disinformation about peptides out there as there is about politics.
Before I found the grey, my peptides were shipped via UPS already reconstituted and maybe they had an ice pack in the box. But they would be delivered to the porch or mailbox in the middle of summer. They worked as well as me throwing powder in the freezer and reconning fresh and storing in the fridge.
Accelerated degradation happens at 40C/104F.
Surprisingly it does start to degrade in the fridge quicker than I thought
Practical stability window at 39°F (refrigerator):
Chemically stable for ~7–14 days
Biologically active for ~2–3 weeks
Potency begins to decline meaningfully after ~28 days

I asked because yesterday was the pin day.woundcarping said:Clear urine is more likely to be over hydrated, although the risks from moderate over hydration are fairly minimal. Cloudy isn't usually a good thing. Bright colors make me think medications or supplements. Pale yellow is ideal or ok, darker is progressively dehydrated.
I don't know what that references, but it seems like a hallucination from AI. Only "biologically active" for 2-3 weeks, but potency doesn't decline until after 4 weeks...

I sure hope you mean mg and not ml, unless there's supposed to be a decimal in front of those.bluefootedboobie said:I ended up taking a 10 week break (74 days specifically), and restarted three days ago.
YES, the break has reset my body's tolerance to reta!I want to be a little cautious because it's only been three days, but as of this morning, my stomach feels MUCH more full and it's 100% clear the gastric emptying is again slowing.
Re: the mental side, it's not as stone-cold certain, but beginning yesterday it absolutely feels like the food noise and mental desire to eat has reduced. I pulled out a Ben and Jerry's last night, had about five bites ... and just felt like nah, that's enough, and I put it back away. That quite literally NEVER happens. NEVER. An hour later I took it out again, had a few more bites, and was still like ... nope, can't really say why but I just don't feel like having more.
To be clear, I could have forced myself to have more, I wasn't "full," but my brain was just like -- hey, I'm good here.
The real test is if this is sustained for a minimum of at least two more weeks and hopefully more. In my first go-around the reta worked for about three months before all effects stopped. I'll keep reporting here about what happens.
Oh, it's probably worth stating -- my re-intro dosage was 4 ml. Previously when reta was working for me I was taking 3 to 5 ml weekly. After it stopped working I titrated from 5 up to 12 (with no effect).

I def feel the GH is playing a roll but i also feel you do build a tolerance to it. I want to take a break but i still want the insulin sensitivity so I’m tornbluefootedboobie said:Whoa. This is helping me realize that maybe the fact that reta stopped working for me had less/nothing to do with my body building a tolerance, and instead due to my having started GH:
