Update pertaining to this thread. My weight went up some then slingshotted down 7+ after my last post. These plateaus are about as understandable as a david lynch films plot. Guessing water mostly

Personally I was doing 3MG up from 2MG and it was doing pretty much nothing like the previous couple of weeks. This week i upped to 4.5 with a new vial and holy crap I'm having a hard week and going up 1.5mg seems like a stretch. Maybe I agitated the peptide too hard when I reconstituted the previous vial (this usually isnt a problem?) but it may be worth trying another vial.

Nah, don't toss the vial, and you didn't agitate it too hard.. Some of this stuff is just different. Yes, I mix based on the measured vial volume, not what it's marked as.

Thanks for the update

ive heard this and someone i believe on this thread said that at certain mgs the got nothing then they make a jump to 8mg and it smacked them again. My wife is visibly down weight and her waist is shrinking.

As far as agitated the peptide too much, what did you do when you reconned it? I just add the BAC and try to get it to squirt down the side of the vial then i roll the vial until it all dissolves.

Yes like stated here don’t toss it unless your well pst the 28-30 day mark on it

Yep, I'll go 10 weeks reconstituted, but have never gone past 8 weeks. This current R50 is good for 7 doses at 8mg. 4 down, 3 to go. 7 weeks.

Same exact problem. Bumped up to 6mg last 2 weeks ago? Had some weird sides so i dropped back to 4. Been raising calories and lowering them and if anything been gaining weight every day. Usually see a 2 to 4 pound raise from morning to night. Now im swinging like 5 to 6. Drink a gallon of water a day. Under 2500c in deficit too regularly. Over 150g minimum of protein. Gym of heavy weight training 5 days a week.Nothing. no budge. At lowest 269 then keep bouncing around 270 to 275. its so bizarre
A 2 to 4lb increase morning to night isn’t anything unusual. I have a 2 to 4lb decrease from night to morning as well.

Well known occurrence in weight loss and recomp. No worries

“The "whoosh effect" is a popular weight loss theory describing a sudden, overnight drop in weight after a long, frustrating plateau. According to the concept, the body flushes out water that has temporarily accumulated in shrinking fat cells, resulting in a sudden, sharp decline on the scale”

This just happened to me recently. I had only lost 2 pounds in three weeks then all of a sudden, I lost 2 lbs in three days.

Water is a huge part of it. I find it takes a lot of water when taking GLPs to get your urine clear. I assume it is working if the urine is cloudy. Yellow is different story IMO, I think you are dehydrated if you see bright colors.

Someone posted a video on the site put together by a couple of compounders who said the agitation is a myth. Your body would be a wreck if you went on a run and all the peptides in your body separated due to agitation.

I bring my peptides upstairs daily and they aren't packed in foam or bubble wrap, I also might get distracted and they might sit out for 20 minutes.

I think there is as much disinformation about peptides out there as there is about politics.

Before I found the grey, my peptides were shipped via UPS already reconstituted and maybe they had an ice pack in the box. But they would be delivered to the porch or mailbox in the middle of summer. They worked as well as me throwing powder in the freezer and reconning fresh and storing in the fridge.

Accelerated degradation happens at 40C/104F.

Surprisingly it does start to degrade in the fridge quicker than I thought

Practical stability window at 39°F (refrigerator): [archived internal link]

Chemically stable for ~7–14 days

Biologically active for ~2–3 weeks

Potency begins to decline meaningfully after ~28 days

Degrading Reta is a real thing. Mix up a new batch and you'll feel it pretty quickly. I did the same with too big of a vial and went 10 weeks on the same vial...the last 3 weeks were mostly discipline and determination. The next vial I mixed up was VERY noticeable in effect. Note mine was kept in the fridge...the 28 day limit is pretty real for Reta.

I'll disagree as well. I have a vial of R50 I just pinned #6 out of, and it feels the same. Pretty sure there's one more dose in there.

I would disagree with the caveat that not all are created and handled the same.
Yeah those tests are way off from what I experienced real world. I won't push pas 8 weeks again.
