Looking at Mazdutide OR Cagrilintide OR Tirzepetide to add to a Retatrutide regimen for improvement of appetite control. Im learning that all 3 of these activate the GLP-1 receptor which do suppress appetite as a desired result. But all 3 of them also Delay Stomach Emptying. As does Retatrutide.

My concern. Is that the effect of Delayed Stomach Emptying (can?) be compounded by "stacking 2 GLP1s". Am I worried about Nothing, or is this an issue? Trying to avoid becoming super blocked up. My complementary diet on Reta does include plenty of preventative Fibers, Liquids, Prunes, and consistent physical movement and mild/medium intensity work out. Im already very "regular" without any issue, every morning on the toilet like clockwork.

And I do love and respect this community for all of the information and help. Thank you.

I take fish oil to stay regular. I have noticed a lot of people who stack Reta with Cagrilintide have great results. I plan to use this method if food noise becomes an issue when I switch from Tirz to Reta. I usually don't have an issue with it, but I just got lazy and didn't eat properly or exercise. Down 32 lbs. now that I am active and have fixed bad habits.

Eloralintide.

Some say it's the new GLP4... It's definitely not.

But rather than having all of these effects, it just does 1 thing - as you eat, you get fuller, faster.

No food suppression or GI issue(s).

To some, it's a game changer. To others, it's not. 🤷‍♂️

It all depends on how your body responds.

It's brand new and I believe only Uther has this product, for now. The price is steep and they don't have any tests on Janoshik yet.

Or you can try tesofensine? It's taken orally and has its own pros/cons.

I feel like this would just make me pissed off 🤣

There's a CoA for Uther's Eloralintide. Dang fomo got to me Tirz is still working great.

I’m currently doing 7.5 Tz, 2reta, and.25 Cagri. I like it. I haven’t had any issues with sides at all though, so I’m getting a good balanced feeling off this combo. Appetite suppression is phenomenal, without having to force myself to eat.

I would suggest not worrying about it unless it causes problems, constipation is a fairly common side effect but by no means universal and not usually that hard to fix if it happens. Slow gastric emptying also does not necessarily translate into causing constipation, given they are at different ends of the gut. Without knowing a lot more like doses, side effects, weight at start and current time, age , height, time on reta it is hard to be specific.

The only peptide on that list that makes sense to add to retatrutide is cagrilintide as it works on amylin receptors, the others all work on the same receptors reta does, and unless you are at maximum doses of reta already it would make more sense just to increase the dose, which is probably a better idea than adding cagrilintide anyway. Using lowish doses of reta plus tirz can be useful but really only to solve very specific dose related side effects sometimes, mostly it is simpler and lower risk to just increase the dose of reta.
