I was talking to my orthopedic surgeon about not being able to do 3 days a week because I couldn't afford it. I am about 3 weeks for my next knee surgery. This will make the 3rd in less than a year. The first one was a revision because I wore a total knee out. Second one was to remove hardware from a tib fib fracture. The third will be a total knee.

He recommended I do resistance band training. So I bought this!it's really strengthening my legs and every part of my body it's helping to get rid excess skin. It is really helping a lot. Along with my glow and kpv I'm feeling like a new person.

I have many health issues that prevent me from doing lots of stuff. I think it was cag that sent me into a lupus flair from hell. But kpv is kicking the inflammation in the butt!

I've seen such devices before, didn't know if they'd be that effective. Interesting. Link to where you got it?

That's what I paid on tic tok.
Decided not to buy it because those bands look like they wouldnt hold up very long? Also, I'm kinda short and I didn't see any way to adjust the length for that.

I'm short to and have no issues. Have you ever done resistance training?

Yup, quite a bit, do some of my weekly routine with bands, that's how I know they're prone to stretching out.

I have been using resistance bands on and off for the last 15 years. I am so happy for you, TeresaHip. that band you are using is a type of theraband. The resistance band market is sadly one of those, where we get what we pay for. I have bought bands from numerous places but nobody comes close to the quality of Rogue Fitness bands, and for your condition, their Shorty bands seems like a godsend. With those Shorty bands you could sit down, slide those bands up from your feet and place it over the knees on your thigh areas and exercise isometrically. You will get massive gains without taxing your knee joint or ankles. And believe me, these real resistance bands dont give out even after decades of use.

Yeah, I've got some I've had for years and years, and I've had some that didn't last a month. This one in particular, the AMZ reviews indicate breakage is a big concern, not only the bands but at the connection points. I guess $10, what do you expect, but I'd definitely rather pay a bit more for quality.

I've used any resistance bands. I just like this better.

I'm old enough to remember when these devices were made with heavy duty springs! Showing my age...
