Reconstituting help

I have the KLOW blend 80 mg, I was putting in information for the peptide calculator and it asks which starting dose do I want for each one. I didnt know what to put. Do I just let it get reconstituted with 3 ml bac water? I also have NAD 500 mg, how much bac water should I start with that. I am 5'2.

I have seen others dosing on reddit and here but I'm trying to confirm before I mix.

You have to determine how to reconstitute a multi-mixed vial based on what dose of on one particular component of it you are trying to get in your dose. There are multi-pep calculators, but you can math it based on the main ingredient as well. You can’t pick each part for separate dosing. How much for your height? That’s a you question. It's asking for desired dosage in MCG which is desired Milligram (MG) x 1000. 3mg is 3000mcg.
