I sort disagree. MOTS-c and NAD+. It will hit for about 5 minutes, but you won't notice the benefit until you are at a weight you typically hit your 8 - 10th rep and manage to squeeze out 15. I would say after being on those 2 for about 4 weeks, that I could add a 2.5 and get the reps I was expecting with the original weight. Don't know that guy but I don't disagree with the overall take. Pre workout is probably one of the more overhyped categories in the supplement world. I get something out of the Citrulline Malate for pumps and blood flow and maybe a little from the Beta Alanine but strictly necessary? No way. Mostly just habit at this point. Pre-workouts like BCAA's and all that other crap is a waste of money.
You can either drink black coffee straight down yo throat, take a Celsius down that throat, or take NAD+ in the morning for that energy boost. I did MOTs-c and it did nothing for me, but that's probably because my mitochondria is damaged/messed up (gotta take SS-31 first to fix all that first).
