I think the innovation on this one is it is a once a month injection. Which is kind of cool.

Though with the advent of orals I'm not sure it is going to move the "needle".

I think you're right with this; the average user will always opt for a pill instead of an injection give the choice I think, even if it is just once a month.

Although the idea of stacking this with something else is intriguing to me...

There are always niches besides the mainstream. 3-monthly injections for contraceptions are still a thing, too (albeit in smaller numbers). Not everybody likes or is able to (reliably) take a pill once a day.

Was just thinking that, there's a reason why Depo was so popular. And if I only had to take ALL of my meds once every eight years but the cost is that they'll shove them up my cervix without anesthetic, I'd be really mad that not numbing you for that is still a thing but I'd still prolly say "yeah, all right."

I feel like at this point they have to be cheap because the real issue with this drug or any new GLP one style drugs is going to be that if their cost is too high Medicare Medicaid and private plans will not cover them so while it's nice I mean it's what a little better than some glue tide a little worse than that bound a little worse than react Jude it's all gonna come down to. Can they make the drug at a cost that the insurance companies will accept i.e. can they make it to $100 a dose final cost to consumer if they can make it at that cost the drug will probably become a success because every insurance company will cover it while Zepbound is so expensive they can't.
