I've just started tirz for a month and its working like crazy, started with the usual 2.5mg but I'm down to 1.25mg now at week 3 since I'm struggling to eat enough to have energy during the day.
I love the mental food noise suppression, its making me eat incredibly healthy and stops the impulsive binge eating but the delayed gastric emptying is causing my stomach to feel like its got knots in it for 2-3 days after injection even at the 1.25mg dose. I want to lose about 5kg more before maintaining but staying on tirz seems kind of overkill and not so desirable considering the side effects...
Are there any alternative peptides that just target food noise?
