Hello everybody.

A buddy recently told me about his and father and the unfortunate circumstances that he's found himself in. And it got me thinking about what could possibly bring some comfort to him and then ultimately what I should be doing now to prevent something like that from happening to me.

I'm currently interested in research, data, anecdotal stories, and personal experiences regarding prostate cancer and the peptides and bioregulators used to treat the causes and symptoms.

I'm aware of Prostamax and it's use with prostate health. But what else is there?

Have you been diagnosed with BPH, enlarged prostate or are you just trying to avoid problems in the future? How old are you?

I wake up multiple times a night to pee will prostamax helps?
5 mg Tadalafil before bed will help. I do that and Beta Sisterol morning and night does work for me. The Prostamax never really did anything for me, used it for a couple of months, maybe not long enough, I don't know. Never tried the Glycine.

GLycine

Glycine helps with that freaking GOTTA GO NOW feeling and tadalafil helps you actually go easily when you get there (BPH issues).

No, but 5 mg of Glycine every night before bed will.
Interesting, just looked up the benefits of glycine. Looking to add it to my routine for a few months to see the effect it may have. I may get up once a night to pee, nothing disruptive. But glycine looks like it affects more than peeing at night. Thank you for putting it on my radar.

No Problem. I my case, It shockingly started helping from the first dose. Who knew?

Oh, from the first dose! That’s it! Order is on its way, 😂 appreciate it!

I never trust the Russian peptides (Khavinson bioregulators) like Prostamax to do anything. Seems more like niche marketing than targeted signaling. The most evidence seems to be for Epitalon.

KPV would be a better bet for symptoms:

Best for BPH

I have researched but not found much on whether there are studies for benign enlarged prostate. Guidance appreciated.

But I would not take KPV (or any other non-prescribed peptides) with active cancer, or even with a history of cancer. I work in marketing, not medicine. But it seems too risky:

We simply do not have the human longitudinal data to determine if KPV’s anti-inflammatory benefits outweigh the risk of it binding to melanocortin receptors on a dormant or formerly malignant prostate cell line, potentially triggering a recurrence.

I'm not diagnosed with anything. This is research to share with someone else while gathering information for myself since I too have a prostate. I'm 37 in a few days.

5mg or 5 grams? I take 2 grams before bed every night, as the dosage on the bottle states. Plus a little bit of my own research.
I been taking 3000mg for quite a few months now and it helps, I am 60 with a few BPH issues.

5 grams. You know, rednecks and the metric system.
I do, because I too am what one could consider a redneck. Not a hillbilly, but definitely a redneck.

Have you noticed a difference between different dosages or have you only tried the 5 grams? I just trying to see your data collected so I can see if it's worth adding a couple more pills to my bed time stack.

I just started glycine the beginning of the year. It is a game changer. I do 6 grams every night before bed. It definitely helps with sleep.

I got 5mg Tadalafil on the way. It is supposed to be great as a preworkout for pumps and possibly lower blood pressure plus a myriad of other health benefits.

If you did not already know prostate cancer is not always as bad as it sounds. While it certainly can spread and cause great harm, it also often does not do a lot, and while prostate cancer is very common most men with it, die with the cancer, and not from it.

Just started 2 weeks ago so, too soon to say.... haven't tried changing doses yet.
