PE-22-28 acts as a potent inhibitor of the TREK-1 potassium channel (TWIK-related K+ channel 1) in the brain. By blocking this channel, it is thought to promote rapid neurogenesis (the formation of new neurons) and synaptogenesis (the formation of synaptic connections). I’m taking it with epithalon and pinealon as a brain stack. Seems my memory is a little better and my sleep is good but I’m also using DSIP and selank? Will do a two month course of these and wait a week then start a 10 day cerebrolysin load. I’ll the wait a month and do a dihexa 4-6 week load. After the dihexa will wait a few months before repeating. You don’t want to do all of those together as there could be overactivation of neurons leading to badness (hypothetically ) such as headaches, seizures and worse. In theory , I guess over neurogenisis could lead to a brain tumor. That would be deadly. Oh, I do add in a few doses a week of semax.

it’s a cognitive nootropic peptide that puts the brakes on some inhibitors, essentially increasing excitability. I’ve been on it for a few months now. It’s nothing crazy intense like taking a Xanax, just google what it does and you’ll find it.ghreid said:

Hey thanks for asking. I am still running the PE 22-28 a few times a week and the pinealon daily. Taking a break for the epithalon . I will probably start cerebrolysin soon. May hold off on the dihexa until I get older since I don’t have any cognitive deficits yet. I’m also looking at adding Cortagen in sometime . Honestly , I don’t feel any difference on really any level with the stack I’ve been running. Since a lot of these peps work in gene expression I think it really takes time for changes to occur . We’ll see???

I’m doing it SQ. Most resources recommend a small dose at at time like around 250mcg so it’s a pretty small dose. I’ve pushed it up to 750mcg . I have pretty bad anxiety and it’s been much better since starting selank and PE22-28 so maybe it’s working?AlexSilver said:

Most sources I've read say you get the best results intra-nasally. I think when mine comes I will do it that way.
