My GI sides on Reta are basically non-existent. It's such a relief coming from monster GI sides on high dose Tirz.

This was basically for my wife, not me. It seems to have helped a few others too, so that's great. I get heartburn, but did before I even Reta. 7th (3rd 4mg) pin total was just 15 minutes ago.RoadRash said:Not at all. Compared to both semaglutide and tirzepitide Reta is way better for my GI system. I did deal with burping and some indigestion, which is normal, but I've been very regular with no issues.

I had this too! It stopped after about 3-4 weeks and now only happens occasionally when /if I increase my dosage It always settles back down again thoughlovemycats2025 said:Glad someone was brave enough to bring this subject up. I don't have an issue "going" each day, my issue is it's a slow cramping build that starts around 4 am and doesn't move itself along until around 7am. So 3 hours of tummy pain in the wee mornings has not been fun. I've tried just about everything and nothing has really helped. I have IBS, which is part of the problem. I find myself wondering why, if I am eating less, is there so much "stuff". LOL..
I've been like this since I started months ago. I just deal with it at this point. I do drink a ton of water each day, hydration is not the issue. I think my gut just doesn't like me. A friend mentioned Gruns gummies. I'd be interested to hear if anyone has had success with those.Winnifer said:I had this too! Have you tried Black Cumin? A person in my group swears by it. All natural.lovemycats2025 said:I've been like this since I started months ago. I just deal with it at this point.

Psyllium husk my friend, drink it with water like it's a large tequila shot. I have one in the morning and when I get home from work. It accelerates cholesterol removal and prevents gallstones if you keep the water uptake .nitrohyper said:Oh my god ever since I started Tirzepatide I’ve been tearing my peach ring up in the bathroom, definitely need more fiber and water intake.
