A lawsuit alleges that a patient to developed gastroparesis with symptoms so severe she was brought to the emergency room multiple times and threw up so excessively that she lost teeth.

A ‘failure to warn suit’ when there’s a clear warning that these meds can cause severe GI issues. Just another sue happy person and their money hungry lawyers. As with any drug, people should be aware of the possible risks associated with taking them… rather than blindly jump in the game only to cry foul when it doesn’t go your way

Betaine HCL helps as most humans are low in stomach acid. As does supplementing with Magnesium Oxide to, uh, ahem, get things moving.

I believe you mean magnesium citrate.

No, I mean Magnesium Oxide and also Magnesium Threonate. Oxide is best for pooping, Threonate is best for Brain health. Citrate is made out of Corn and I’m extremely allergic to Corn, so I don’t & can’t take it or ever refer it to people.

If someone is throwing up so much to the point of losing teeth, you’d think the prudent move would be to stop the medication. Any doctor would’ve advised that as well.
