Orforglipron: The next big thing?

I have been using a liquid version at about 3mg. Actually has been working quite nicely for me, no GI symptoms. I like being able to titrate using the dropper. But unfortunately the vendor isn’t going to restock it so if I want to continue I’ll have to find another source.

I used this and started at 6mg capsule. I never went above. The first 2-3 weeks I definitely was not very hunger and was a bit nauseous. Went away after that. First glp1 to try.

Hoping interest picks up again for this when this goes for final FDA approval. Seems like the gray interest has almost disappeared

Update: the liquid drops I initially got (can’t remember if they were from Umbrella or Kimera) worked fantastically well, but the pills I got from PGB, despite having a Jano COA, seem to only make my subject super hungry, and weight goes up accordingly.

I would love this for maintenance, just take one pill every morning with my multivitamin and forget about it. Is that wishful thinking? Are the grey vendors going to be interested in selling these do you think?

You already can get it from uther i think.

I too want it for maintenance, but thats 25kg away...at least a year.

It seems hopeless. Which is still shocking to me. We are dealing with people who love to shoot up, haha.

But Uther said the tablets could/would expire after three years or so, so there is an argument to be made for hoarding the regular GLPs instead.

No, it's not wishful thinking. It works well for maintaining weight. Great for traveling. The future is here.

I have heard mixed results on Uther's Orforglipron. Any updates from those who have actually tried it?

I’m using 12 mg orfo pills to quiet cravings on days 5-7 with tirz. Split the pills in half, and take 6 mgs daily. They work as intended, no complaints.

And I'm guessing you are not having too much issues getting supplies? Are they expensive?

The problem with the drops was that the taste was beyond unbearable, from what I’ve heard.
The trick with the drops (if they're ever available again) is to drop them into a larger liquid. That way you're diluting the dmso and avoiding the taste (and any irritation from direct dmso contact in the mouth)

Why would anyone buy expensive pills if you can buy cheap Oz? Avoid injections at such high cost?

Uther has now a 800 dollar limit. Any other vendor with orfo out there?
PGB (currently $205 for 12 mg x 90). There are some groups that now do group orders with Uther and PGB. They aren’t traditional GBs, just collective orders to meet minimums or make the shipping make more sense.

Relatively short-half life for stacking. Easier for travel or having family around during the holidays. Shits and giggles.

But there has never been a lot of interest, partly due to the effectiveness being lower than subq sema, with more GI side effects if anything.

How interesting it’s in dmso. You wouldn’t really need to put it in your mouth in that case?

Not everyone can successfully take Oz or Zep.

Sema put me in a bad place with suicidal ideation. I have never had that problem, and I’m going to NOPE away from sema forever. Free sema? Nope. Pay me to take it? Still no.

Tirz wasn’t quite the same. But still not at a long term option. I’m hoping it’s tweak-able/stackable to a good enough place.
