Life on Peptides Feels Amazing

The article looks at the culture of peptide use. Predictably, there's some scare factor about TikTok influencers and adverse effects, but it's mostly a fairly mild survey of users and what they expect to get from peptide use. I had to chuckle at the photo of someone's fridge full of vials.

Read to the end for the punchline...

The article sounds interesting, but I'm not willing to sign up for a emporary subscription just to read it.

I am worried about crackdown after these kind of articles become popular and discussed. There are real incentives to shut down grey market and sell high margin BS on populace.
It’s coming. I think it’ll be a few years. But eventually they’ll see the market and regulate it. Then they’ll start selling everything over the counter at a 2000% mark up and crack down on all gray market stuff.

I think what will happen is some idiot injecting shady stuff into his body and then blaming it on peptides. This will cause massive issues with the FDA and customs and there would be backlash. I am guessing this will happen in 2026 itself.

Also a very good possibility

They are becoming more mainstream. I see alot of ads around town for a place called "gamedaymenshealth" . Even though women take them too so not sure why they are targeting men. Or maybe they feel women prefer the med spas for their beauty treatments. I was hoping peptides would stay more underground and would be my secret... like I dunno other gym/muscles enhancers people take. Don't these places and medspas also get their supplies from China?

This article is kind of shitty because it lumps in glp-1 peptides with people doing diy botox from china. Two very different things.

that diy botox is from Korea
