Hi all, so I am interested in adding semax to my stack but ive seen mixed reviews from everyone that ive read from and whether or not it works for them. Me personally I am looking for a peptide to help build my brain basically as I work a job in finance and am trying hard to get promoted but its extremely hard to in my market while also simultaneously studying for licensing makes it even worse for me. If anyone can give me their experience on semax, whether it worked for them or not, or what I can do to hopefully better my progress in my job, I would appreciate it.

I'm researching semax right now. I'm happy with the results. I'm sleeping better. I feel more relaxed throughout my daily challenges.

Im also stacking tirzepatide, Nad plus and Mots c. So I'm feeling pretty good overall.

With the semax I'm converting it into a nasal spray. This is how you would get it in Russia.

Semax 10mg vial mix with 2ml of Bac water then 4ml of saline. And stick it into a empty nasal spray bottle.

I use it and a few others and believe one of them has made my memory like it was 30 years ago. I was having to ponder answers for quite some time and now its like the answer is just there again.

I do feel like my memory is better and I no longer struggle with trying to remember the right word I wanted to say. I seem to be able to focus better on tasks. This is after a few days of subcutaneous injections. The intranasal didn't do much for me.

This alone would be reason enough for me to use it, but the increased cognitive ability would be a nice bonus!

Mine should arrive Monday, I am very hopeful I get results like these.

I've been impressed with NA-Semax done intranasally. I do 250mics 2x/day and get a noticeable boost cognitively and also mood wise. Lasts about 2.5 hours per dose. Recommend.

I've been running it for a week, reconstituted in a nasal spray. I started at 2 squirts per side at 100mcg each (so 400mcg total) once per day, absolutely zero effect. Doubled the dose so upto 4 each side for a total of 800mcg, also zero effect whatsoever. Not sure whether I'll bother buying again and trying subq, as that's meant to be an even lower chance of absorption.

I feel like this might be one where you're either a lucky responder, or not. Whereas peptides like GLP's everyone responds to.

+1 for the nasal NA Semax. I did my first 2 vials subq and didn’t really notice it so I finally tried it nasally and can finally feel the reaction, although short lived for me.

I recently got adamax though and that one I definitely feel subq. Almost too nervous to try it nasally… lol

Keep in mind many folks need to take Semax 2-3 weeks for it to start working.

Semax works wonders for me, and it kicks in straight away. Unfortunately, it doesn’t last long enough, so I’m planning to buy and try out NA Semax and Adamax.

+1 for the NA version, lasts 2-2.5 hrs for me. Takes about 10-15 minutes for me to feel it after IN dosing.

Today is day 2 subcutaneous. 300mcg. Nothing yet. I will report back after a week if any updates.
300 mcg is a fairly small dose for regular Semax, but ok to start. I use 1 mg SQ and sometimes a bit more, but I'm used to it. With SQ, your body is filtering it before it passes the BBB.

I have tried increasing doses until I hit 800mcg each of selank/semax intra-nasal. I don't notice a thing. I'll keep up till I run through the bottle and I will mix up the next vial for sub-q but I'm not optimistic.

I really expected to benefit, particularly from the semax.

Been on it 1 week now, 500mcg/day.

Definitely feel a little clearer headed. Colours seem brighter if that doesn't sound weird. Almost felt a little wired to begin with but nothing too intense.

Still struggling to focus on tasks so hopefully that will come with time, otherwise it may just be a personality flaw 🤣

I was going to ask the same question, the nasal spray is not doing much that I have noticed either. I’m also going to try sub-q, I hope it works.

Pretty typical for all peptides from what I've seen. Maybe 1/3 of people have a strong reaction, for 1/3 is 'feel a little something' and about 1/3 don't feel anything.

Has anyone tried it while also on SSRI’s? I’ll be talking to my dr before I try it but wanting to hear from anyone else who has done the same.

My bovine ran Semax and NA Semax IN for about 8-weeks (5 on 2 off…started at 250mcgs went up to 1mg)

The cow just started Adamax subq two days ago (250mcgs —> 350mcgs —> and I’ll keep climbing).

The IN NA Semax was noticeable for the rs, in line with what everyone else is saying. Interested to see where the sweet spot is for Adamax and how it compares to IN NASA.

Also, been on SSRIs for half my life. I saw someone ask about it. I’ve experienced no side effects, but I move slowly. And not stupidly. Will keep you posted.
