I was on 26 likes + 34 total reactions but my shit just got cut in half for some reason. It happened right after i had a mini convo with zip ( admin ) which lead to me being a bit sarcasticprofessorpeppy said:oh damn i didnt even notice! keep posting lol

Tbh the only side effect i get is headaches ( the day after pinning ) and slight nausea and sulphur burps but i only get those when i eat really fatty foods.CreepyZebra said:I'm 8 weeks in and have lost 20lb (about 9kg). My side effects were horrible when I started. I ended up splitting into two shots a week totaling 2mg (1mg Sun 1mg Thu) and that continues to work for me. Despite losing 12 lb the first month I didn't have much hunger suppression. That has only hit in the last two weeks and now I really fight to get my calories and macros in. Electrolytes also helped me navigate GI side effects.

I don't have any now but my first couple week I had GI issues, heart rate was tough, heart burn, food ick entirely, terrible sleep, extreme fatigue. It was awfulWacky said:Tbh the only side effect i get is headaches ( the day after pinning ) and slight nausea and sulphur burps but i only get those when i eat really fatty foods.

Id advise to titrate carefully and not rush things, you've already lost 26 lbs or more. Once I started titrating quickly I developed some really unpleasant sides like terrible skin sensitivity that still bothers me after almost three months.Wacky said:Ive been on Reta ( 5mg ) for around 3-4 weeks now and Im down 13 kg ( 134kg -> 120-121 kg ). I wanna know what dosage people started seeing insane changes in their body and how they managed to overcome side effects ESPECIALLY Sulphur burps oml i hate them. Tell me the most amount of weight youve lost in a single week/month I wanna get motivated to lock in even more fr.

I had to do 8-10mg a week for Reta to start working it's magic for me. I wish I had low dose results, but it works as good as Triz without the constipation issues (which was the whole reason I switched).BNLFL said:8mg, down 42lbs (19kg) in 4 months. We're doing a lower carb deal too.

This happened to my mother after chemo and it ended up being what killed her in the end. This is the main reason I don't try and lose more than 8lbs a month. I'm convinced my lose skin would have been a lot worse if I had of lost more rapidly.Skidude said:Yes, losing weight too fast—typically defined as more than 3 pounds (1.36 kg) per week—can significantly increase the risk of developing gallstones and pancreatitis. Rapid weight loss (via crash diets, very-low-calorie diets, or bariatric surgery) causes the liver to release extra cholesterol into bile, while the gallbladder fails to empty frequently enough, leading to sludge and stone formation. [ 1 , 2 ,
Hey we started on the same day. Reta buddies???sheilarae74 said:I have been on reta since 1/5. I started at .5mg the first week and I am now at 2.5mg every 3.5 days. I eat pretty much whatever I want twice a day and I do light exercise 4 times a week. I have been losing 1-2 lbs a week. If you eat clean and exercise more than me you will lose way more than I do.
Sorry. I didnt think gall stones would be so fatal. I have lost more than 25 lbs a month so many times.sheilarae74 said:This happened to my mother after chemo and it ended up being what killed her in the end. She weighed 135lbs when she started treatment and ended up at 78lbs in less than 2 months. She stayed that weight until she died. The gallstones issues just never allowed her to gain any weight back. They removed them but it didn't help.Smiter said:Hey we started on the same day. Reta buddies???
