Ive been on Reta ( 5mg ) for around 3-4 weeks now and Im down 13 kg ( 134kg -> 120-121 kg ). I wanna know what dosage people started seeing insane changes in their body and how they managed to overcome side effects ESPECIALLY Sulphur burps oml i hate them. Tell me the most amount of weight youve lost in a single week/month I wanna get motivated to lock in even more fr.

3rd Reta dose done at 1.5mg on the 14th, 5 days ago. starting weight 255.6lbs. Today weight is 245.02 lbs..Started on May 1st.. So 10.5lbs in nineteen days

How big of a difference does eating clean make? Like I eat clean 75-90% of the time ( as in home cooked meals ) and sometimes I eat from uber eats ( but i do try to have healthier foods ). If I was to take that 75%-90% and make it 95%+ how much of a difference would that make at 5mg a week?

13 kilos in a month is insane, as is starting at 5mg - I get it's very exciting but you're going a little too hard, my friend. The more and faster you increase the more sides you're going to experience. I started at 2 and 7 months later I'm at 5 and have lost 70lbs.

Oh no I didnt start at 5mg. Ive been on and off reta for almost a year with like a couple week break inbetween each cycle ( due to source issues ) I did start from 0.5mg and worked up by a 0.5 every 3 weeks in that year of being on and off so I didnt jump to much dont worry. I kinda did jump a bit high from 2.5mg to 5mg lol but Ive managed to stay good after fixing my bad habits .I did 2.5mg on my first week ( of my most recent cycle) and doubled it to 5mg suffered only for a day since I always had bad eating habits but ironed it out for the past 3 weeks.

Eating clean= no big diff

Eating clen= big diff

Eating Less = REAL difference

8mg, down 42lbs (19kg) in 4 months. We're doing a lower carb deal too.

Dammmm. My dads friend lost 66kg in 6 months without any peptides just old fashioned dieting and training

A couple of reasons to slow down...

You will get there and have a better time as well as save money!

Pacing your weight loss—typically to a rate of \(1\) to \(2\) pounds per week—allows your skin's underlying collagen and elastin fibers time to adapt and retract as your body shrinks. [1, 2]

Rapid weight loss shocks your system and prevents this necessary contraction, leading to excess or hanging skin. A gradual pace provides the body time to adjust naturally

Yes, losing weight too fast—typically defined as more than 3 pounds (1.36 kg) per week—can significantly increase the risk of developing gallstones and pancreatitis. [1, 2]

Rapid weight loss (via crash diets, very-low-calorie diets, or bariatric surgery) causes the liver to release extra cholesterol into bile, while the gallbladder fails to empty frequently enough, leading to sludge and stone formation. [1, 2, 3]

Yes, losing weight too fast can cause significant muscle loss. While some muscle loss often occurs during any weight management program, rapid weight reduction—often caused by extreme calorie restriction—can lead to 15–25% of that weight loss coming from lean muscle mass

First of all congratulations on those results, thats awesome.

Secondly, no need to rush my friend. I really really get it , i was the same when i began and made myself sick. you mentioned source, not sure if you are gray or not but plenty of information here to quell that issue if you are gonna go down that route. I don't recommend continuing the week on week off, reta is designed to be weekly tbh.

The changes will come, reta is magic. maybe just reduce your expectations slightly, you said insane results, i think 13kg in 3-4 weeks is INSANE personally already. lots of risks at that level of loss, considering you arent at a crazy high starting weight already. slow and steady in the future, one day you will wake up and fit into those jeans from high school and not even realise how much you have lost 😉

Thing is though, I havent been starving myself Im just a giant person so even small movements require lots of energy. Ive stuck to a 2500 calorie defecit ( my maintenance is 3500 but I call it 3200 just to be safe ). I just train 6 days a week and stick to a good diet ( gotta get more fruits and vegs in tho ngl ) and let the weight drop itself. I dont obsess over the scale weight and pray for it to drop and force myself into starvation just to see it change by a kilo or two. My strength hasnt changed at all in the month ive lost 13 kilos in. I just made a post in the fitness section about my current benchmarks + even showed a diagram of my training plan. I do know that losing too much weight too fast is insane but this is my first actual change so I doubt all 13kg was from pure fat maybe 40-60% of it was water and now im actually eating into the fat. Im fine with excess skin since I can get surgery but I do want to avoid it. Im not dying to lose weight I just want to slowly lose fat ( but not too slowly ) whilst retaining the muscle ive worked to keep on me

Tbh I am at a crazy high weight, well in my books anyways, I used to be like 95 kilos at 6ft-6ft1 but now Im 120 kilos at 6'3. I have significant body fat ( id assume like 40-50% idk if im right or not). Im going down the grey path for source currently yes. Im not doing week on week off right now only reason why it was happening was because we didnt have a set source yet we was overpaying by like 300%-400% for a single reta pen that was shared between 3 people so it was kinda yk. But now we went grey and each have our own kit. i mean my source kinda aired me for a week after i sent payment but ima just pray lol. The 13 kilos is the first actual weight loss ive had in a LONG time so i think its just lots of water weight since I ate like a donut for months on end.

Bruh, keep in mind that nutrient partitioning won't be the same compared to you eating real, single ingredient foods. Junk food or processed foods don't have alot of nutrition and has copious amounts of sodium, bad fats and other things that your body doesn't need.

All that being said, eat whatever you wanna eat! Eating like crap once a week, or twice, you'll be aight.

Whatever muscle you lost throughout your cut, you can always gain it back with muscle memory (to a degree) and by bulking.

While there's some truth to this, it's mostly genetics that determines one's elasticity, formation of skin and end result.

If it makes you feel better i was around 110kg at 5'4 (at a push) 😆 and thats not that high compared to some folk around the forums and online, who have gone into the 50kgs! I have some scales that tell me my BF (probably not that accurate) so could be worth it for you to track that.

Good stuff on not doing week on week off. overpaying for sources then discovering gray is very annoying ahah i mourn the 1000s i spent with pharma and single vial rip off companies in the UK. it is what it is !

is your source from here / has verifiable COA accessible ? this place is great to vet vendors. if you get burnt on this one, it sucks but just go with the guys here. it has happened to the best of us

first drop of weight sets your expectations really high, i had the same thing happen but as you lose more / that initial water weight its gonna go down. ride the wave my friend

yeah i get what you mean i just wanna stick to being as clean as possible bc for like 5-6 years ive just eaten whatever i felt like eating which caused me to gain insane levels of weight. I used to be at semi-pro level in football in London but over these last few years Ive cooked myself. Plus my genetics are quite decent idk if theyre great or anything but I really wanna reach my maximium genetic potential. Just look good feel good yk? I understand that eating bad here and there isnt anything to pout at but bc of my situation for the last few years it just feels like undoing all the progress ive been dying for
