Looking for some options. I have gout pretty bad, and we have a family history of arthritis. Opinions on what may help with lowering overall body inflammation as well as maybe some joint help, cartilage lubrication. Currently only on tirz and it helped some but not enough.

Hydration ? Drink 8–16 cups water daily to flush uric acid and reduce gout risks. Boswellia (frankincense) 300–500 mg daily for inflammation.. vitamin C (500–1,000 mg) for gout prevention via uric acid reduction?

Maybe try BPC-157 and or TB-500

You sound like a textbook use case for the 'wolverine' stack. 😀 gotta love the name!

BPC 157 & TB500 peptide stack as poster above mentioned. What's worked really, really well for me is to inject 250mcg BPC 6 days/week at each site location (I usually work three sites at a time, so draw 750mcg total then inject in say, the elbow site, knee tendon site, hip flexor site - etc.)

On M/W/F I inject 250mcg TB500 at each site location, so, for me, draw 750mcg total in syringe and inject 250 at each of above locations.

I imagine you'd see significant improvement in 4-8 weeks depending on your history.

Take look at KPV also. It's helped to reduce my tophi deposits, as has Reta.

I down close to a gallon a day otherwise the tirz dries me up. Take prescription uloric for the iron acid but seems to be less effective on the tirz. 🤷‍♂️

What dose of Tirz are you on? I noticed great improvement starting at 4mg of Reta per week, and was able to stop Uloric entirely, but that's me. I also have British ancestry. We seem to be cursed.

Currently at 12.5. Ran with 10 for probably 4 months and just moved up a few weeks ago.

Interesting. I would think the inflammation reduction would have kicked in as much as it will at that dosage.

You can look at the Wolverine stack and KPV. I think KPV helped and I used it daily for 2 months. You can also check out Cartalax for cartilage remediation, but there were several effects that changed my mind about researching it. Read the fine print on that one.

Big fan of KPV. I won't be without it. The inflammation reduction and IBC relief is real for me.

Hi, regarding the Boswellia, what is/was your experience with it? Is there a brand that you would recommend?

KPV is the GOAT! Definitely works amazing well for inflammation and joint pain. Haven’t noticed anything remarkable with BPC or TB4, but definitely notice when I stop KPV. I was going to only run 1 of the three at a time but after I cycled from KPV to TB4, I lasted about 4 days before I NOPEd it and added KPV back in.

My brother in law used it. He also was taking turmeric ibuprofen etc. not sure on the brand you can get this on amazon. KPV is also a good for inflammation.

Changing diet can have profound influence on health in various ways, it did for me. You can try a strict elimination diet for a few months, eating nothing but beef, salt and water. You can eat lamb/mutton too. After that, you can reintroduce other food, but slowly and systematically, one food item at the time, waiting for several days (at least 4-5, a week is better) to see do you have any kind of reaction.

Thanks, think I found a reputable brand now. I've just finished researching a 3 month cycle of TA-1, ARA, KPV, really haven't experienced the effects like many have expressed. I'm kinda jealous, had high hopes. Maybe I just need to give it more time. Trying to stay away from ibuprofen. Prednisone is the devil's incarnate, tumeric is part of daily regimen. I'll eventually find something that's effective, just have to keep searching 🙂

I’ve noticed that bpc tb and kpv are amazing for a soft tissue injury and general/mild inflammation. Tirz also helped with mild inflammation just like stiffness and stuff. But if you’re in pain it have something more serious going on none of this is going to take it away. It all cured my elbow tendinitis and leg stiffness but I’ve had bad sciatica for a few months and none of this stuff with touch it.

Has anyone had any luck with ARA for nerve pain? Bpc/tb/kpv has been decent, looking to possibly add it.

Curious as to what you guys would recommend for likely OsteoArthritis?

I know it's been mentioned here before. Is pop it into the search bar and I think you'll see some threads on it.
