That's a whole lot of GLP1 agonism you got there. Like, crazy amounts, literally insane.

I wouldn't add even more, lol. No reta, yes cagri.
Or maybe different approach…they start lessening sema but slowly adding in reta and eventually also phase out tirz.

You can go up to 17.5 on the Tirz, if you are willing to take a slight chance. I believe big pharm has been testing all the way up to 20mg. It’s less risky than all the stacking.

Reta is well known to not be as great as sema or tirz for hunger suppression.
My thinking was if they slowly upped reta, eventually the metabolism boost aspects would outweigh hunger such that they’d lose whatever weight they wanted

did 25mg and 30mg of tirz over 7 days recently

Sounds like you might be someone who like myself generally tolerates substances in large amounts. I feel ya. The strategy I’ve landed on is cycling from one to the next to the next—high-dose sema to tirz to reta and back to sema again—so there is always somewhere else to go. If you keep just piling more on top, eventually you’re just going to have a massive tolerance to everything, nothing will work anymore, and then what do you do?

Slow down, it’s a marathon not a sprint. Switch to reta for a while, be prepared for some weight gain while it gets spun up, and stick with it for a few months. Eventually, if you plateau, instead of adding a bunch of crap just switch to sema.

i was doing 30 days on and off tirz and sema this summer

Hunger is fine and on its own not a reason to need more meds. Being hungry is a normal thing for healthy bodies. More importantly is food noise reasonable and are you losing weight at a healthy rate of .5-2lbs a week most weeks, and able to stay in a reasonable (-500-1000 from TDEE, which is often a lot higher than people realize - as a woman in her 40's with only daily walking and Pilates 2x a week I lose a pound or more a week eating 1900-2000 calories a day).

I do tirz on Saturday thanlow dose cagri on Wednesday, then Bioboost Thursday to counter the fatigue from cag.
What’s bio boost?

It’s also known as LipoC. It’s a mixture of a bunch of b vitamins and other supplements. It boosts energy.

Incorrect sir, Eli Lilly is testing between 20-25mg weekly of tirz. Not up to 20mg.

For those who are taking 15mg a week I think this is a fairly safe dose to be taking.
