I just received a kit of NAD+500; is 25mg a good starting dose? How much do people here typically take? Does anyone have any advice around this peptide? I hear that you shouldn't freeze this peptide, is that correct?

randompersonrandom said:My experience with this peptide so far (9 pins, concentration 3ml bac for 500mg)
--Felt nothing at 25 mg
--Felt some slight "whoosh" feeling at 50 mg, with a little chest tightness after that could 50/50 have been anxiety over being afraid I'd feel some chest tightness
--Felt slightly stronger chest tightness at 100mg, which also could be based on being afraid that I'd feel some chest tightness
--it definitely hurts when I push the plunger. I'm using QSC vials, which appear to have been purchased from Uther and resold, and are buffered. It still hurts. Not badly, but it spooks me every time, which I suspect is what's making my chest feel a little tight, because I'm scared when I push the plunger and feel pain.
--The hurt isn't intense, just an ache.
--I do feel a knot for a few days after, but it's not sore.

YES, buffered! Okay, today I found the secret. I added an additional 4ml bac and cut my dose down to 50mg. SO MUCH BETTER. This I can do three times a week. Will wait a month to go up to 100 or so for each shot. I just do NOT enjoy pushing a lot of fluid. So I made it too concentrated. I have learned. Oh, man, did I learn!!tendency said:Are you using buffered NAD+ ?
You're not making me feel warm and fuzzy about this. I am looking to the mitochondria repair protocol after I get through this GHK-Cu cycle. I'm at the age where I'm sure it's long last time to repair. LOLrandompersonrandom said:My experience with this peptide so far (9 pins, concentration 3ml bac for 500mg)

Yeah, the mitochondrial protocol wasn't for me. I noped out in mid January, two weeks before the end. The motts-c was leaving some pretty gnarly knots. Two of them are still there; I can feel them, like hard lumps. I'm sure they're not permanent, one of them is gone and the other seems like it's shrinking, but I'm still pretty freaked out, and done trying new non-glp1 peptides. If I haven't already tried it, I'm not going to. Just klow, epitalon, SS-31, and glp-1's for me, that's plenty.HereKittyKitty said:You're not making me feel warm and fuzzy about this. Are you pinning your NAS+ SQ or IM?tendency said:I'm loving NAD+ so far. Have been taking 75mg daily for 3 weeks. Noticeably more energy, mood is better and most surprising has nicely dropped my blood pressure. Seem to be feeling a little bit better every day I take it.

I have to pin it IM. Originally tried SubQ 6 months or so and didn't feel much for some reason, though maybe I'll try that route again at some point just to double check.Slogger said:Are you pinning your NAS+ SQ or IM?
