My gf is getting interested in peptides.

So a few weeks have gone and she's really starting to feel a change and weight loss. Told me today that's she's not hungry all the time anymore and also not really interested in drinking alcohol. My nagging about drinking lots of water has worked and she's like me with a huge water bottle in hand at all times. It's really interesting to see these changes in someone else than myself. We'll see next week if she needs to up the dose or stay on 2,5mg.

So since I started taking tirz my girlfriend first didn't seem interested in taking it herself but now she's even getting a bit annoying pestering me that she wants to loose weight and try some peptides also. I don't know how to react really. I want to help her lose weight and feel better in her own body but at the same time I'm scared she'll have a bad reaction or something. I'm thinking about giving her a starter dose of tirz. That will most likely happen if she keeps nagging me. Don't know what my question is anymore but maybe someone have been in a situation like this?
Stop gate keeping and hook her up.

Here's another small update of my girlfriend's progress with tirzepatide. It's been a month and she's gone from 2,5mg a week to 5mg. She feels great and no significant side effects. A few small side effects like spicy food is harder to eat (which is unfortunate as she loves spicy food). She said that when she went out with her friends for drinks she only had half a glass and didn't want anymore. She lost 5kg/11lb so far. Started excersising and feels she has much more energy than before. All in all it's going very well indeed.

Well thats a lovely little update!

I'm genuinely happy for her, in thats she's making progress and trying to change her health for the better.

Make sure to continue to support one another, the journey is easier when the load is shared!

I’d definitely be cautious about giving her your own supply. Everyone reacts differently, so getting proper medical guidance first seems like the safer route. I totally understand wanting to help her, though!

I would be a little cautious about giving her your own tirz, especially if she hasn’t talked it through with a doctor first. Wanting to support her is one thing, but if she has a bad reaction, you’ll probably both wish you’d taken the safer route. Maybe help her look into the options properly rather than feeling pressured to give her a dose yourself.

Whilst i understand the caution, whats the alternative here? OP's partner goes and sources her own Tirz from gray and administers this anyways. I, personally would argue that there is a better chance of reducing harm by using the same source instead of seperate sources.

If one person develops ISR, infection, etc. They both stop and potentially reduce the harm to the other.

Both are consenting adults and can make their own informed decisions. I doubt one is being pressured to the point they feel they need to submit to the pressure.

I voiced my own opinion earlier in a post, if OP's partner wants to start Tirz but OP refuses access, they will find their own way, which could result in negative impact for both.

Again this argument is my own views and I respect both of your views also.

No offense, but Wrong. No way I'm making appointments for us on this. No telling what the doctors would say, besides recommending something else besides Reta. My wife and I did the same dose and same product up to 10mg, and 12mg will likely be next week. I recon it, filter it, fill the syringes on shot day and inject her and myself.

See above.

What exactly is a doctor going to tell them?..."you're not fat enough yet to go on GLPs"?..."I will write you a script for Zepbound/Mounjaro" $$$$?..."you should try and lose your weight through diet and exercise"?

Spot flipping on flashbulb. Especially with some of the doctors here in Florida with the older than me population they mainly see.

Yes the same as I take but now I have a full supply of filters and extra sterile cartridges. Myself I couldn't wait for the filters and nice cartridges so I took the Alibaba cartridge and filled out unfiltered for my first time with a pen. She will get the filtered nice cartridge VIP treatment. So I guess I'm the dummy in our relationship 😂

Yeah you misunderstood me there. I have really wanted her to get interested and now when she is I'm a bit scared that's all. I'm seeing a nice journey together as you said. She really struggles with having cravings and food thoughts and I'm glad more she wants to do something about it.
I bet things would go more smoothly in your household if you shared that with her. "I'm happy you're interested, and I want to help you, but what comes up for me first is fear, which makes me prickly and distant. I'm not annoyed that you want to do this. I'm afraid I won't be able to keep you safe."

That was just my loving way of saying that she is really interested now and brings it up a lot. Just kidding about the annoying part. I'm such a funny guy 😂
She's probably bringing it up a lot because you're putting her off instead of having a straightforward conversation about it. Talk to her honestly and she won't have any reason to keep bringing it up : )

I know I'm late to this story but seeing your personal growth during it has been so wholesome : )
