800 is very extreme

are you weighing your food? Have you had bloodwork done? No adult should be eating 800
If you've been losing weight or been trying to for longer than 6-12 months, and you're hitting plateus left and right, and lowering your calories down to 800, I strongly strongly recommend you start over.
What I mean by that is, take a break. 30-60 day break from taking your current stack(s) and start taking other peptides OR take a break period to allow your body's tolerance to come back down.
OR
If you haven't been working out or at the very least, walk after your meals, I recommend you do that. Rather than starving your body to the point where now your body is in extreme mode - trying its hardest to keep the calories (hence why it's so hard to lose just a little bit of weight). It think your body is literally dying of starvation. You need to reset that.
Or change up your tactic. Maybe keep the Mots-c if you just started, but take out Tirz and implement reta and/or AOD-9604.
Up you calories to maintenance or a few hundred above maintenance - yes you may regain some weight, but your body will normalize as time goes by and you'll be able to retake the original compounds and lose weight again.
Or at the very least, take walks right after your meals...
I'm suggesting these based off my experience when it comes to long term weight loss, taking different peptides/compounds, and exercising.
I understand every case is relative, but 800 calories is crazy....
Nothing but love for you and I'm fortunate to be here because this forum is full of good people!
