I’ve been reading through a lot of the discussion on whether it’s better to run MOTS-c first vs SLU-PP-322 first, and from what I can tell a lot of the disagreement seems less about biology and more about practicality/finance.
The way I understand it (correct me if I’m wrong):
MOTS-c is more about improving mitochondrial efficiency / metabolic “engine”
SLU-PP-322 is more about increasing substrate utilization / energy throughput
Kind of like fixing the engine vs pressing the gas pedal — both useful, just doing different things, with pros and cons to each.
That said, I’m less interested in which one should be run first and more curious about overlap:
Is there any known issue — mechanistically or practically — with running MOTS-c and SLU-PP-322 at the same time?
Not asking from a vendor or cost angle, just trying to understand if there’s any downside in terms of redundancy, interference, excessive fatigue, appetite issues, etc.
Would appreciate insight from anyone who’s run both or understands the pathways well.
