Dude, I don't think you can beat that. Does that include blood tests? Not a deal breaker but if can find something like that in Boise, Idaho, i'm all over that. Or is anyone using a reputable telehealth setup?
No, it doesn't cover bloodwork but the labs are pretty cheap. It's like $75 for a full panel of about 30 or so markers. But the great thing is that they don’t just do TRT. It’s a full on medical clinic that is like a second PCP I use for anything that insurance doesn’t cover. Also he told me he will prescribe me Anavar when we talked about AAS. I might take him up on that for a cycle or two lol

I used to use https://marekdiagnostics.com/ for cheap blood tests from labcorp. CBC and CMP are super cheap at $9 each. Used to use, because NY (and NJ) banned self directed blood tests (why??) and now I cannot use them. You can get a fullish (but no testosterone, estrodiol, nor igf1) for $69 from edrugstore.com — it’s intended for pre GLP1–Rx but they don’t seem to know (yet) this is banned in NY. So if you’re not in NY/NJ marek is great.

oh! just found there are whole threads in this forum on blood tests, pointing one towards fitomicslabs.com or goodlabs.com. neither which work well either for me. there’s no goodlabs within 100 miles of NYC and fitomics will NOT even let you order anything from Quest at all if you’re in NY/NJ, but it will let you order from LabCorp, but you must travel to either CT or PA to do the blood draw. Great, an hour+ train ride ($12) and then an uber ($13) each way, which adds $50 extra to each order.

That is wild that you can't request/order your own blood test on a whim. I'm using goodlabs, they have reasonable prices, are all over the pacific northwest and often have discounts. Look up ULTA labs, not sure if they're more available in your area. I just need to find a good TRT doc like Tacolifter420 mentioned that will have my best interest but not charge $300 a month for those interests lol. I'm 6'6" and "was" 270 lbs before my accident 9 months ago (compound fracture above Rt ankle) that sidelined me from the gym and now i'm 340lbs and my e2 shot up to 58. I'm not looking to put on any more muscle just lose a crap ton of fat and maybe a little size because 270lbs is still a lot to carry. I'd love to be 240 lbs. I would be slender and better chance at longevity.

Oh yeah, you got it! I have many friends that live in Kuna and they love it but hate the drive, I love it up there too but I'm actually a little south on I-84 working on the base. There are 3 TRT businesses i'm talking to now, just trying to find the one that has more interest in zeroing in on what's wrong rather than just prescribing Test-C and says come back in 3 months for bloodwork.

I don't want to start a fight with the HGH bros, but the human body wants GH pulses, not a GH bath, for good health. Do your own research on the pulse nature of natural GH and how organs respond to it. (Yes, of course bathing your muscles in endogenous GH makes them grow like crazy, not disagreeing with that.)

I'm 71 and have great results with gh secretagogues. My pattern is Sunday - Thursday Ipamorelin + CJC-1295 nodac before bed. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday AM tesamorelin. My IGF-1 is approaching 2x my age adjusted normal, roughly average for mid 40s, so I may have to back off a little on some of the GH secretagogues.

I bought my own supply from WWB. But also started going to a local direct care clinic for $80 a month. The compounding pharmacy they go through has Test-C in MCT (my preferred ester and carrier) for $32 for 10ml of 200ml/mg. So I think I'm going to start using their compounded test since it's pretty affordable and then save mine for if I ever want to do a short blast cycle.
$32 for 10ml of 200ml/mg. Damn, thats a great price. I just started trt today. I'm getting monthly 2ml of 200mg/ml. And that's costing me $5 with insurance.

i'm curious if you have a local TRT provider in NY if you are on it, or if you do telehealth. feel free to PM if you prefer. i am talking to my PCP about it this week but expecting the runaround and trying to find some options.

I'm thinking about stopping my test injections for a bit to let my T drop so I can get insurance to pay for it.

How are ya'll getting insurance to pay for it? VA won't touch you unless you're under 300 and im at like 321...somebody show me the way!!
I'm at about the same levels naturally. So I'm going to switch to Test-P because it's a fast ester. Then I'll stop taking it a couple weeks before my Dr appointment. That should tank my test levels.

Mine told me TWO HUNDRED! sheesh. Last July I was at 862 when I first started looking into using it. I think it was because I ate two ribeyes every day for 8 months. lol The body recomp was why I was looking.

If you were to just keep going out of your own pocket, would you stay with test-c? I finally got ahold of Gary from WWB and was going to hit you up on helping me build up a little stash grocery list. If I cant get a prescription from my VA provider this time, I'm just going to go with TRT Nation and save the Rx for traveling and use my other stash. Plus I wanted to get some Primo and NPP and maybe a cycle or two of Anwar because why not?!. I got a blood test yesterday, just waiting on those results but the VA won't use them even if they were in my favor, they'll do their own.

Give it a week or two and you'll be like a teenager again. My wife was excited at first, but now she is having a hard time keeping up. lol
Nice. Sounds fun, and my wife is looking forward to that. It's a great core workout.

You can also eat a shity meal, like a bunch of McDonald's about an hour 2 before your blood draw. That will tank your total T too.
Yup, food before hand and not sleeping the night before the draw will really knock that test level down.

As someone who's been on TRT for 14 years (through PCPs, Endos and clinics) and has tried patches, gels, creams and injections, I would take charge of your health. If you want to do weekly injections (twice a week is better, but this would be an vast improvement), tell them (though I have to imagine that cost will be a bit if they charge you per visit). If you want to self-admin, tell them. If they won't "allow" you, I'd find another doctor. Just my opinion; but everyone's circumstances are different.

In my experience, most Endos know near nothing about TRT (they specialize in things like diabetes or maybe child growth issues). PCPs know less than Endos. I'm with a telehealth clinic now, but I've been at this a while and basically self manage everything anyway. I could go (dark) grey and do everything myself, but its nice to have the script in case there's ever a question with traveling, etc.
Your right about taking control of it myself. I will do that one way or another. I did have that conversation with the Dr. And she understands, just she wants me to try it her way first. I feal that is fair as long as it doesn't drag on to long. She may learn along the way and be able to treat other patients better in the future.

I would love to go grey, I have read that grey test is cheap and pretty safe.

Test E is more likely to have PIP issues over the last 5 years or so of black market. I actually went to test c because of that. No real difference to me. Test p, to me, only makes sense is very specific situations, so I would stay with test c. Prim makes my hair thin after like 6-8 weeks so I use it sparingly. It’s notoriously hard on hair lines even though great safety profile. NPP you will like and has a reasonable safety profile, to me. Tbagger will tell you how much you might like Var.

There is no such thing as grey test. It's a schedule 3 controlled substance. You will not be going to the legally ambiguous grey market, you'll be going to the straight up illegal black market. That doesn't matter to most of us, but it is something to consider.
