I’ve been a few times now, unfortunately don’t get much opportunity to site see because of work.

Damn it! I drink two of these a day (not the chocolate tho).

Has anyone tried meal replacement shakes while on a GLP1? I’ll be traveling internationally to places that don’t have a great food selection. Been thinking about taking a meal replacement shake to have with me. Any suggestions?
I had the crazy idea the other day to order a freeze dryer so I can make my own 🤣

Unfortunate. I can stomach drinking multiple of them far more than I can any shake I've ever made myself with powder.

Doesn't look like they tested vanilla. I wonder if it's similarly bad.

Same, I liked the vanilla. I assume it has the same issues but I couldn’t find out for sure.

I imagine anything stored in plastic bottles is going to have similar issues.

It looks like most phthalates are already out of use and the remaining ones authorized for use don't have definitive scientific evidence of harm: https://www.fda.gov/food/hfp-consti...-food-packaging-and-food-contact-applications

I suppose it's fully possible that those additional ones will be found to be terrible for us, but I think I'll keep risking it for now.
