I’m taking tirz and it’s done amazing for my inflammation. Read up on it- it doesn’t just work as an appetite suppressant.
 
Also CoQ10, Metformin stacked with the Tirz will help. However as you know it would be an ongoing treatment. Also have you checked your Vitamin D levels when you get bloods done? If you are deficient, getting up to optimal levels could help restore a lot of the metabolic dysfunction. Also I just found out about

My vitamin D level are up now. They weren't a couple years ago. I will take a look at that study. Thanks!

No I was asking about the ATX-304. I saw an ad for it on a certain website but was skeptical.

Least expensive route is to get an Rx from your doc.

ETA: Imeglimin - the next generation Metformin. India sells both for cheap but I don’t know if they are shipping to US at the moment.

Yes I saw that. I really like Hunter Williams, but I dont yet trust their company, too new. Have you ordered from them?

I have not - too expensive for me. BTW - i have to listen to Hunter on .8 speed on Spotify. I really like his slides even if he reads from them - I’m usually taking screenshots.
