I have always had issues with sleeping through, Reta does not make it better. From my experience:

1) DSIP is a bit hit and miss. For me it is miss, but I have heard from others that it helped them.

2) Glycine and Taurine was recommended before. At least Glycine (I take 5g) is useful and helps. Taurine I have had no results

3) Ashwaganda (possibly in its KSM66 form) before going to sleep has helped many people, including me, though it does not solve the issue entirely.

4) Magnesium in Bisglycinate form or if you are willing to invest a bit more as L-Threonate can definately help falling asleep, not 100% on staying asleep

5) Apigenin (active ingredient in camomille tea) is very good for me taken before going to sleep and should have added benefit as longevity as CD38 inhibitor (more NAD+).

Best of luck, happy to read more tips here!

I’m on this sleep journey for my wife, who for the last 3 months has really suffered with sleep while on Tirz->Reta.

Glycine - nothing.

Taurine - nothing.

Ashwaganda - nothing.

Magnesium L-Threonate - nothing.

Chamomile - nothing.

Melatonin - nothing.

CBD/CBG gummies - almost nothing and undesired heaviness.

I know many of these things have worked for many people, but she has been a hard nut to crack.

On order and will be trying:

Epitalon - 20 day cycle, 9.5 weeks off.

DSIP + CJC1295 no DAC + Ipamorelin - 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off (where Epitalon will cycle).

These 4 peps together constitute the Sleep Optimization Stack… we’ll see. Happy to report back here on any progress.

My sleep was terrible week 1. Got better since but I sense that once I titrate up it will happen again. 2.5mg gummy 🙂 helped last night but I can def feel a slight elevation in HR. And, gummys cannot be the solution for me, give me brain fog if I take em a few nights in row plus dry mouth.

I did half of one of my wives gummys before bed. I was exhausted from the night before. Went in at 7, woke up at 10:30, pee, the other half, slept till 3:30, pee and slept till 5 wide awake and feel good.

Switch to pinning in the mornings, a unisom or melatonin can help some as well. It does take time but your body will adapt. Things will get easier after that first 48 hours after pin as well.

Another good night. 8PM-5AM and got up 3 times. Low HR while sleeping and good overall score.

Quittung caffeine entirely made my sleep much better, now I fall asleep in under 10 minutes and really wake up energized.

And what helped me more than that is to make my body tired like doing a hard section of weight training or any physical activity that makes me NEED to sleep and rest. and its probably why on rest days where I find it most difficult to fall asleep

Been on ozempic in the past with no response, felt defeated. First pin with Reta last Friday @2mg… BOOM!! Crushed my appetite. I wasn’t expecting that. No other side effects except sleep patterns have changed. Wake up at like 3am last few nights. In the health industry so iam chalking this up to cortisol rise from the appetite suppression. I will try a last night snack but thought I would see if anyone else has found things that work.
Informative thread, thank you for bringing it up.

You may well be on to something with the cortisol spike.

My cortisol was low last month, go figure:

Came searching for this thread after yet another night of no sleep! Really struggling with it since starting.

I have disrupted sleep anyway from being a shift worker but on day shifts I'm up at 6. I had one day I just naturally woke up at 5, and I haven't been able to fall asleep before 2/2:30 each night. I'm building up some serious sleep debt and it's starting to affect me.

I can feel myself being permanently irritable and it's really sapping my energy and motivation through the day. Really hoping this is just a temporary adjustment. Unfortunately this isn't completely unusual for me, but the severity is. Because of this I already have some magnesium and some valerian root at home. I'll try them, but certainly the magnesium didn't seem to do much before.

I'll try some of the strategies listed here with my fingers (and eyes) crossed.

Tirz just straight destroys my sleep for the first two nights after a shot. I'll be tired as hell, go to bed at like 10 pm and then just straight stare at the ceiling until like 1. It's awful. I'm hoping once I titrate down and switch over to Reta it will help, but who knows.

Pinned 8mg today, so sleep tonight should be interesting. Shot day is always interesting on Reta when it starts wearing off around after 6 days and I can tell the feeling by appetite suppression. Gummy's for sure tonight. Mixing 2 new vials of J5 MLB R50 later. I have 40 vials of the MLB stuff. That MLB has a different feel, just seems to hit harder. I've done his R24 numerous times.

这两天我睡眠严重不足,简直是噩梦。我睡了两个小时后才起床,感觉很累,但又好像睡了六个小时似的……真是奇怪极了。

你是不是在服用低剂量的Reta?

Smiter said:
