I'm still on a cut and i'm using Reta to make it easy to stick to calories. I trained for many years and now it's time to show results. i'm being close to my goal pourcentage bodyfat now and thinking about the maintenance phase and the period after. My plan was to go between 10-12% and stay there for the summer and then start a lean bulking phase entering october. last year, I made the mistake to go straight to bulking and I just put fat on all winter. ( i didn't knew peptides back then).
I want your opinion on how much time we should be in a maintenance phase to have the best chance of staying lean? How would you approach a lean bulking phase after GLP-1 medication. ? Which peptides are best for lean muscles growth and gym performance? ( I don't want to go on the TRT road...)
